Ezra's POV:
I could not believe what happened. Maul brought us back to the room and did off the handcuffs. Sabine was crying in my chest and my head rested on hers.
He killed her... H-he killed Ahsoka... It's my fault... I am sorry... I AM SORRY!
I cried...
First Barriss... and now Ahsoka? WHY!? WHY FORCE! What have I done?! Why are you taking everyone away from me? My parents... My friends... Barriss... Ahsoka... who's next!? Who will you use to break me now!?
I waited... Sabine fell asleep and I protected her by hugging her tight.
"Kanan... Do you hear me?"
"Ezra! Are you okay! The building collapsed!"
"yeah... Sabine and I are okay..."
"What about Ahsoka?"
I let out quiet sobs...
"Maul stabbed her and pushed her off the ship... She's dead... I'm sorry!"
It remained silent... I thought he broke the connection, but he did not.
"it's not your fault, Ezra... We'll find you. Hold on."
Then he broke the connection...
"I-I... am sorry..."
Kanan's POV:
I broke the connection with Ezra and turned towards the rest.
"And!? Did you reach Ezra?" Hera asked.
"Yes... I did..."
"What's wrong? Please don't tell me bad news..."
"Sorry... everything I have to say... Is bad news... They are captured by Darth Maul-"
"Not that red asshole." Rex complained.
"Yes. That red asshole."
"Is there more?" Zeb asked.
"Yes... Maul stabbed Ahsoka and pushed her off his ship... she's dead..."
I looked at Rex and he collapsed. Hera kneeled next to him and gave him a hug. This was a huge loss... and yet... something inside me... said that it wasn't a loss... it said it was the beginning... of dark times...
Thanks force. That's not what I hoped to hear.
Rex cried and yelled.
"WHY HER!? When I see that cockroach, he will be dead! I will take revenge!"
"Rex, calm down. We can't do anything now... he still has Sabine and Ezra."
"He will not hurt them. I will take care of that. That Zabrak will not take away more people! He already took two now..."
"What do you mean, Rex?" I asked
He sighed and his expression changed from angry to sad.
"Ahsoka... she... she..."
"She what?"
"She was pregnant..."
