Escape from Tragedy

Chapter 16: Turn it off..

I woke up around noon with the biggest headache and sore throat.I pray that I'm not getting sick and that this is just the result of last night.

I went to the bathroom to freshen up and get change out of pajamas. I put on my comfiest black yoga pants and my baggy white v-neck t shirt. I took my hair out of its pony tail and went downstairs to make a cup of coffee and to get some medicine.

"Good afternoon sleepy head!" Amilia yelled.

"Hey" I said with a scratchy voice. I made myself a cup of coffee and leaned against the counter. The hot coffee felt so good running down my throat and soothing the soreness.

"Where's Logan?" I asked them.

"He has practice today, he should be home soon. He said he has something to show us when he gets back. Whatever that means" Sophia explained to me.

"Olivia let's go set out by the fire pit." Amilia said while opening the door.

"Yeah" I said following after her.

"Umm wait for me!" Sophia said getting up from the couch and coming with.

I didn't even notice that Logan had a fire pit in his backyard, it's like hidden or I wasn't paying attention.

"How was yesterday?" I asked them.

"It was good, had such a good night. Went shopping and then ate at this really good restaurant, I forgot the name but it was so good. Then met up Sophia and Logan." Amilia said telling us about her day. "How about you, Soph?" 

"It was good, was finally able to catch up with Lauren. We hardly get to talk. We did a little shopping and then meet with them." Sophia told us. "How about you Olivia?"

"It was good, did a lot of shopping! Then came home and FaceTime Eva. But then...something happened" I told them.

"You and Liam finally confessed your guys love for each other?!" Sophia asked smiling super cheesy.

"EWE!!! No! But he came home with a girl and I basically walked in on them"

"Oh my gosh! What?! How?!" Amilia said in shock.

"Spill the details!" Sophia demanded.

"I was face timing Eva, when I heard the door slam and then I heard something break. I thought it was y'all coming home, so I hung up with Eva and walked towards the stairs right when I step down I look up and BAM! Liam and bimbo are about to have sex on the wall" I told them still so grossed out.

"Ewe!!! I swear if he had sex on the staircase I'm killing him!" Amilia said grossed out just as much as I am.

"That's so sickening, I don't get why Liam brings home these girls, like they only want one or two thing from him anyways." Sophia trailed off and looked equally grossed out.

"Which is?" I asked her, like is she going to finish what she was saying.

"One being it's "The Liam Easton" and every girl wants to sleep with him and two just for his money" she explained.

"That's so sad how some girls work, but again to each their own. Who are we to judge." I told them.

"Oh I am judging" Sophia said dramatic.

Amilia and I just shook our heads and laughed. Sophia is something else but she's real and will always tell you how she feels about something. One of the main things I like about her. Amilia is the same but she'll just tell you in a nicer way.
