Chapter 30: House Warming Party

"We won't be having any waiters or waitresses, I thought this house warming party would be like an ordinary house warming party" Sophia said as we drunk our smoothies.

"Is everyone all coming?" I asked Sophia.

"Yes, all fifty people" Sophia said like it was no big deal.

Majority of everyone that is invited are all of Amilia and Sophia people. My people is Eva and Zac, Zac wouldn't be able to come tonight something about furniture. So it's just Eva and I'm totally fine with that.

"We should probably start" Amilia said as she stirred her smoothie.

"Let's"

Sophia started playing our favorite playlist and we got to work. Sophia and Eva focused on the decorations. I have no idea what Sophia bought for decorations and what they are going to do with them. Amilia and I started to prepare the food. Which is mini mac and cheese bites, strawberry cheesecake, sandwich wraps, fruit, veggies, dips, chips, individual taco dips, mini burgers, chicken bites, and fries.

A lot of food to make but it will all work out and we will have enough time. Plus I think Liam and Chase are coming by to help but I doubt they will come. Or if they do come, they will only eat the food and not help.

"Are we just leaving the food on the island or in the dinning room?" I asked Amilia as I filled the strawberries with cheesecake filling.

"I was thinking, food dinning room, drinks all on the island?" Amilia asked as she filled a white platter with Mac and Cheese bites.

"Okay" I said agreeing with her and finishing the last of strawberries.

I don't know what time it is but we only have half an hour left to get ready. We finished all the food, plated it, put it on the new dinning room table. All the decorations are put up, which consist of candles everywhere, rose gold balloons, a banner hanging on the mantel. Chase and Liam came but they were no help and were literally getting on my last nerves.

"Don't worry about doing my makeup, I can do mine, I don't want you to stress out" Eva told me as she started doing her makeup.

"Are you sure? No one for me is coming anyways" I told her.

"Yeah, it's fine" she said.

I nodded and started getting ready. My hair is so frizzy, I plugged in my straightener and waited for it to heat up. I started doing my makeup keeping it simple, a simple matte bronze look. When I was done with my makeup I straighten my hair and that took forever, but I got it finally done and not frizzy. I have it parted down the middle, simple and whatever.

"Does my hair look good?" Eva asked me as she tossed her medium length dark brown hair.

"Yeah, it's look good" I said looking at it. She curled it and messy parted it.

"Okay good, cause I'm over it"

"Same" I told her unplugging my straightener.

I went to my closet to find something to wear. I stood there starring at my clothes, clueless.... I don't know why I'm stressing out about this, it's just a house warming party not a fancy party. I grabbed this black, high neck, long sleeve, kinda see through crop top, light washed high waisted jeans, I went to my drawer with my bras and grabbed a black lace bra. I put everything on and it's looks good but I'm missing something.... a belt. I quickly went to Sophia room and took her Gucci black belt and put it on. I grabbed my black suede heels that Sophia gave me. I put on some gold hoop earrings, my mom necklace and some rings. I looked in the mirror and I actually like this outfit for it to be so last minute.
