Chapter 35: Listen to me

Two Days Later

"So tomorrow is Christmas Eve!! I'm so excited" Lauren said as she feed Luciano.

"I know!! It's going to be so much fun" Lola said so excited.

"So are you guys going to extend your trip or what?" Sophia said with hope in her voice.

"We thought about it and yeah, we are gonna stay for another two weeks." Lauren said excited to stay a little bit longer.

"Yay!!" Sophia yelled super happy and ending up scaring Lilly. "Sorry"

I sat on the couch not feeling to well, I hope I'm not getting sick, and hoping it's just from crying myself to sleep yesterday. I drunk my tea and listened to the conversation.

I keep thinking about what I should do, should I call him or not call him... It's a good idea to call Ryan but I don't think it'll end well. I don't want to stir something up...

But I need to get this off my chest... I need to set myself free from him. I sighed at the thought and slowly got up and went up to my room.

When I got in my room I sat on the chair and unlocked my phone. I scrolled to Ryan's name. My thumb hovering over his name...

"Olivia!!" Logan yelled my name scaring the crap out of me. "There you are, I'm going into town, wanna come with?"

"Yeah, let me get dressed. Give me twenty?" I asked him as I got up.

"Yeah"

I got up and went to my suitcase, grabbed my black jeans, a white shirt, a off light grey sweater and my brown boots. I went to the bathroom and did my makeup keeping it simple, just foundation, lightly filled in eyebrows, concealer, mascara, setting powder, bronzer, highlight and chapstick. I brushed my hair, put some argon oil through it and messy part it. I put on my jewelry and perfume. I grabbed my light denim jacket and purse, I walked out my room and went to find Logan.

"Ready?" I asked him as I came into the kitchen.

"Yeah" he said getting up.

We walked out to the car and got in, Logan started the car and turned the heat up.

"So what do you need to get from town?" I asked him breaking the silence.

"Wrapping paper and tags, I feel like I need something else but I don't know what" he told me as he drives. "I'm sure when we get to the store, it'll come to me, have you wrapped your gifts?"

"No, I need to though. I'll get some wrapping paper too" I told him.

"So I have something serious to ask you" Logan asked me getting serious.

"I'm listening?" I asked nervous, what is he about to ask me.

"I want to propose to Sophia" Logan said sounding nervous and looked at me.

"Oh my gosh... OH MY GOSH!!!! YES!!! About damn time" I yelled super excited, I gave him an awkward hug as he drove.

Logan started laughing at me "I feel like its time for the next step, I've been in the works for a ring since last summer, I want to propose to here, after New Years" he told me.

"I'm so excited, you already have my blessing, I already consider you part of this family. Oh my gosh!! this is so exciting" I said super excited, I couldn't help but just smile ear to ear. "Am I the first to know about this?" I asked him.
