There was an awkward silence between us until his phone rang.

Justin: "Do you mind?"

You: "No, not at all."

He smiled and walked away answering his phone. In less than a minute he came back with his phone against his chest.

Justin: "Ryan and Chaz said they can hang out and want to have a water fight."

You: "Water fight?"

He smiled nodding.

Justin: "Yeah so are we in?"

I didn't know what that was but gave in.

You: "Sure!"

He put his phone against his ear again.

Justin: "Yo, we're in... yeah... aight see ya. (He hung up) We're going to Ryan's."

We walked out and he locked the front door.

You: "Where's your mom? And dad?"

Justin: "My dad lives in Winnipeg with my half brother and half sister. So it's just me and my mom, who's at work right now."

You: "Oh ok."

We walked down the street, getting to know each other, to Ryan's house and found them already outside.

Justin: "Aye guys!"

Ryan: "What up bro?"

They did their handshake and looked at me.

Chaz: "So Katie..."

Ryan: "Are you ok?"

You: "Yeah but please let's not talk about it."

They smiled nodding.

Chaz: "Are you ready?"

I looked at Justin.

You: "Uh yeah but I don't know what to do. I never had a water fight before."

Ryan: "Well, it's time for you to have one!"

Chaz: "Yeah! All you have to do is spray water on us and hide sometimes got it?"

I nodded.

You: "Got it."

Justin: "Leggo then!"

Every one of us took a water gun and ran in different directions. I went behind a bush and looked around. I saw Justin behind a tree with his back facing me. I silently went to him.

You: "Gotcha!"

he turned to me as I sprayed water on his.

Justin: "You. Are. So. Dead."

I ran away as he ran after me. He sprayed ice cold water on back and I turned around spraying some back.

You: "Justin. (He stopped) Let's attack Ryan and Chaz."

He smirked.

Justin: "Sounds good!"

We laughed and looked for them. Then, Chaz and Ryan and came out of nowhere and sprayed water on us.

We kept spraying water at each other, laughing like crazy.

After this, we sat by the pool with some cookies and cokes, still soaked.

Ryan: "Aye, y'all wanna stay for the night?"

Justin: "Yeah sure."

Chaz: Yep. What about you Katie?"

They looked at me waiting for my answer.

You: "Umm if you guys want me to then yeah I guess..."

Chaz: "Of course we want you to!"

I smiled.

You: "Ok then. I'm just gonna go home and change into some dry clothes and got some stuff for the night."

Ryan: "Cool."

Justin: "Bye. For now."

They smiled and I smiled back.

I got up and walked to my house. The feeling of being back here was pleasant. At all. I went up to my room, took a quick shower and changed into some dry clothes.

I packed a bag and went out of the house, straight to Ryan's. They were still by the pool.

You: "Hey guys!"

They looked up at me.

Boys: "Aye!"

Justin: "We were thinking about watching a movie. If you want to of course."

You: "Sure! Hey, where should I put my bag?"

Ryan: "Oh in my room. Upstairs to the right."

I walked up to his room and it was actually pretty neat. I put my bag in a corner and went back to the boys.

Ryan: "Did you find my room?"

You: "Yeah. It's pretty nice."

He smiled.

Ryan: "Thanks! So movie or what?"

Justin: "Yeah leggo!"

We all walked to the living room and sat down on the couch.

You: "Where are your parents Ryan? And siblings? If you have any."

Ryan: "My parents are out on their honeymoon and will only be back in 2 weeks. And I'm an only child."

You: "Ok cool. so what movie?"

Chaz: "Chazmimantor!"

Justin: "Chazmiwhat?"

Chaz: "Chazminator!"

Justin chuckled.

Justin: "Dude, you need some serious help."

Chaz shook his head.

Chaz: "Nah I'm good."

We laughed and picked A Night on The Elm Street.

Ryan: "Lemme get some popcorn and drinks."

He went to the kitchen and came back with what he told.

You: "Umm guys, I'm still not very sure about this movie..."

Justin: "If get scared, you can always hold my hand."

Chaz: "Or mine."

They both winked and I giggled.

You: "Thanks."

Half way the movie, Chaz was a bit... "shaky".

Ryan: "Uh you ok bro?"

Chaz: "O-ok? Haha I'm uh I--"

You: "Aww you're scared!"

Chaz: "Pfft! Scared? Me? I'm no—Aaaahh!!"

He screamed spilling his drink on me. I jumped cuz it was ice cold. The guys laughed at me and I gave them a death glare.

You: "Thank you Chaz!"

Chaz: "I'm sorry!"

Ryan: "Katie, you brought clothes right? (I nodded) Good. Go take a shower and come back."

You: "Ok. (I sighed) I'll be right back."

I ran up to Ryan's room and grabbed my bag walking to the bathroom.

I took my clothes off and before I could step in the shower, someone opened the door.
