 #CHAPTER 2#

*Becca’s POV*

“Skype. Now.” I read the message aloud to myself. It was from Jessie. I was worried, her texts aren’t normally this serious, usually they’re filled with happiness and smiley faces. I wondered  what was wrong and started my laptop up urgently.

I signed onto skype, Jessie was already online, so were Chloe, Nicole and Georgia. I’d only been online for a minute or so, when I got a group video call from the girls. I answered, wondering what was so urgent. Chloe, Nicole and Georgia all had the same expression as me on their faces; confused.

“Jessie, what with the urgency?!” I asked, startling Jessie who, as usual, hadn’t been paying much attention whilst waiting for me to come online.

“Guys, I’ve got some news” she said in a serious tone. Now everyone was worried. Jessie’s never serious.

“What’s up?” Nicole asked looking confused and worried. I knew how she felt.

“Well, I got a letter today.” Jessie replied in a still serious tone. We all sat in silence waiting for her to carry on. “A few months ago I entered a competition… for me and four friends to meet one direction” Suddenly, a smile grew on Jessie’s face. All the worry and confusion disappeared from mine and the rest of the girls faces. I had a good feeling now.

“O.M.G” Chloe said slowly, waiting for to Jessie to confirm what we were all thinking.

“And I won!” She yelled. We all burst out screaming. We were going to be meeting one direction! “but who said I was going to take you four idiots with me?” she teased. We all gave her the evil glare, and burst out giggling and screaming.

“Becca, is everything okay?” I heard my mum say through the door. I skipped over to the door and opened it with a huge smile across my face.

“Everything’s more than okay, I’m going to meet one direction with my four best friends! I feel like celebrating, have we got any carrots?”

“What are you on about?!” she quizzed. I explained everything to her…

*Georgia’s POV*

OH MY GOD! This is so many girls dreams, to spend a day with one direction! And it was happening to me and my four best friends, I felt like the luckiest girl in the world. It would be an even better day if each of one direction were to fall in love with one of us. But, I doubt that would actually happen. Me and my four best friends aren’t exactly brilliant when it comes to boys. But, I’m going to meet one direction! OMG!

I ran down stairs and into the living room where my mum, dad, little brother and little sister were all sat watching a film. I flew into the living room, they all gave me an odd look.

“I’m going to meet one direction!” I screamed at them all, blocking the T.V. They gave me yet another odd look, except Milly, my younger sister, who jumped up excitedly.

“Really?!”

“Georgia, what are you going on about, darling?” my mum asked, trying to hide the fact that she thought I was bonkers.

“Jessie! She’s won a competition! Her, Rebecca, Nicole, Chloe and me are all going to spend a day with one direction!”

*Chloe’s POV*

“Ahhhhhhhhh! Mum guess what!!?” I screamed racing down the stairs

“What is it!?” my startled mum asked.

“Jessie. Won. Competition. Meet. One. Direction!” I said out of breath after my run down the stairs.

I was so excited! Me and the girls love one direction! This was an amazing experience that I was going to be sharing with them. I couldn’t wait.

“That’s brilliant!”

“I know!” I yelled, jogging back upstairs so I could have a lie down and get my head around the fact that I was going to be spending a whole day with onedirection.

*Nicoles POV*

I ran down the stairs and into the kitchen to find my mum making lunch. I guess the huge grin on my face must have gave my happiness away

“Why are you so happy?” she questioned.

“Well, Jessie’s won a competition for her and 4 friends to spend a day with one direction in two weeks time and she going to take me, Chloe, Becca and Georgia! I cant wait!”

A look of concern grew on my mums face. What was wrong? Wasn’t she going to let me go and meet them? She knows how much I love them!

“Mum, whats wrong?” I asked, worried.

“When next month?”

“1st march. Why is there a problem?”

“Umm… yeah… you see… as it’s your step dads birthday next month I was planning a surprise holiday for us all, and it we are supposed to be going on the 29th February.”

I couldn’t believe what I was hearing, it was so disappointing. I’d always wanted to meet the boys, and now the chance had come and had been cruelly taken away from me. I knew it wasn't my mums fault, well, it wasn't anyone’s fault. But, I was still really disappointed. I just wanted to go to my room, lie on my bed, and be left alone.

“Oh” I replied, the huge grin had been wiped off my face and had been replaced with a blank expression.

“I don’t mind you not coming with us, but your step dad might as this will be his first holiday with us and he wants to bond with you and your sister.”

“I know” I said disappointed. I didn’t mind my step dad. He’d never majorly upset me but he’d also never made me majorly happy.  But, if he were to stop me from meeting one direction so he could bond with me on holiday, there would be no point as I would be pretty angry with him. I know that sounds mean but, all my family knew how much I adore one direction.

“But, I’ll talk to him tonight, see what I can do for you” my mum said, winking. This lightened my mood a bit. “For now, just go and explain the situation to Jessie and the others, I’m sure they’ll make you feel better. I did as I was told and went back upstairs.
