They had entered Briana's small neat two bedroom apartment into the dining room area and automatically went to work.The girls sat in her kitchen at a table counting all the money they had just came up with and was amazed that less than a few hours ago they went for a couple dollars in their pocket to now two hundred thousand dollars.

"This is hella money y'all" Ashya said grinning from ear to ear as she flicked the bills in her hands.
"Damn right more than I've seen in my whole life For real" briana added in as she continued to count her stack.
Dru chilled back in deep thought while the girls lusted over the money. Ashya picked up on dru's  silence mode and questioned " What you thinking bout dru"?
"A lot.... listen we got a couple thousand true but it doesn't stop here we gotta come up more you feel me I want more call me greedy but I don't care my mindset is on a different level".
"Oh, trust me I feel you and I'm definitely with you til the end" Ashya said understanding where Dru was coming from.
Briana glanced over to the drugs " I am to.... so what we doing with the drugs"?Ashya and Dru eyed the duffle bag with the drugs inside.
"Let's go holla at Jerry" Dru said as she stood to her feet grabbing the bag. Ashya and Briana followed after Dru as  they left the apartment and made their way to Jerry.

                    Jerry

I was kicked back with my boy Ron watching a little football when a knock came at my door I nodded my head to my guard to answer it. He came back in front of me with Dru carrying a duffle bag across her shoulder along with Ashya and some pretty lightskinned girl with big titties and I mean shawdy was bad.

"Sup Jerry...."Dru said pounding fist with him and Ron before Ashya did the same.
Jerry returned the love before his eyes landed on the newcomer Briana.
"Who's the new girl"? He asked smiling hard. "Jerry this is Briana she's rolling with us from now on" Ashya said letting him know they had a new found member to their crew.
He nodded his head and waved his hand for them all to sit down on the white leather couch he had in front of he was sitting " So what can I do for y'all lovely ladies"?
"Well first let me take care of you as I promised" Dru said digging in her coat pocket pulling out a yellow envelope filled with crispy hundred dollar bills.He peeked in the envelope bringing a cheesy smile on his face.
"Damn Dru baby you did keep ya word baby girl" he chuckled. "Of course.... I told you before all I had was my word and I meant that" she said smiling back at Jerry.
He nodded his head knowing he could always trust Dru with everything in him."But on the serious note we got some shit we need you to handle you the only one we work with so I know I can count on you to handle this shit right" she said tossing the Duffle bag down at his feet. He opened the bag and to his surprise it was a bag full of drugs right up his alley. If anyone knew they knew Jerry was what you call a real street nigga by all means.
"That's all you right there you just cut us in every now and then I figured we all become a team and there for we all eating regardless" Dru said.
"You know I'm down... I wanted to talk to you bout that anyway cause I got some new licks for y'all all over I'm talking bout hitting houses, niggas, stores all you can think of I know for real I'm the connect man so I'm help y'all put that work in by giving y'all all info that I come across"he said as they nodded their heads liking what they heard.
He continued " You gotta hook up with ya cousins Drake and Tate they be hitting up houses and shit to if you want my opinion I say you bring them in the team also. They love getting their hands dirty and they do shit right they the best I know so I'ma just throw that in there y'all need some real niggas on ya team fuck with them" they nodded again agreeing with Jerry.
" But for the exciting part... I got some new shit for y'all" Jerry said snapping his finger at his guard who quickly disappeared in the back and returned with a large bag filled with guns down to machine guns and many other hand guns."They all clean no bodies" he added watching how excited the girl were checking their new weapons out.
"Good looking out Jerry" Dru said smiling at him, he always looked out for her. He looked at Dru "Dru on another serious note I'm on some leads bout ya pops we gonna get to the bottom of this baby girl I promise you" he said meaning what he said that made her smile with a nod.
She nodded "I trust you Jerry" she said locking eyes with him.
"Just be ready to put in work when I get you this info" he said. She nodded again and with that her, Ashya and Briana got up dapped Jerry up and left. Life was ready to be so good for all them and they knew it.

Dru

I hadn't seen my mother Danielle in months due to being so busy so I felt as though it was time to face her. I knew she was gonna be pissed because I hadn't stayed in contact since the day I left her house after the altercation we had about money. Once my father died, my mom blew through the money and when she got down to the last little we had to move in with her sister. Aunt Charlene was a undercover dope fien and also the disappointment to the whole family. After a few weeks of us living with her, we came home to her sitting on the porch smoking a cigarette with this nervous expression on her face. She had told us that the house supposedly got robbed and she came home to nothing. The funny part was all her belongings were still in place and everything, but all our valuable stuff was gone.
It hurt me so bad because all my dad stuff, including all the things he had got for me were taken, so I had to bump down to a pair of my cousin's beat up shoes and clothes. But after a couple days I was done with the phony shit with my family and I left. Not to long ago I had gotten back closer with my mother and we'd been closer than close.
I walked up her steps to her apartment and entered in the house to see her sitting at the kitchen table smoking a cigarette while scratching at some dollar lottery tickets. When she seen me she instantly jumped up and almost knocking me down with hugs and kisses.

I laughed "Hey mama I missed you to" I said holding her back.We released the hug and she gently plucked me on the side of my face " Now what's wrong with you I been worried sick I didn't know if something happened to you I had to find out from Jerry that you were ok what's up with that" Danielle said in a playful voice. "I'm sorry mama I been busy".
"Busy doing what"? She asked being nosy as she headed back over to the table and sat down.
"Tryna eat" Dru blurted out. Danielle stopped and stared at her with a puzzled face before she smiled.
" Come sit with me for a minute". Dru did as her mother asked, sitting down next to her at the table. She looked up at her daughter" Dru baby I love you I just want you to be safe your all I got" Danielle said seriously as she plucked her ash from her cigarette in the ashtray.
"I know mama.... I am safe" her voice soften up.
Danielle smiled at Dru"You just like ya dad.... She laughed... "I swear I thought you was gonna be a boy ya dad was So happy but when we found out that you were a girl he started looking at life different he felt as thought he had to grind harder because of you and now I look at you... your his reflection".
"I am my father's child mama" Dru chuckled.
"That you are" Danielle laughed as she continued to scratch at her last scratch off.
Dru dug in her pocket and pulled out a handful of money and slide it across the table at Danielle she stopped scratching her ticket and looked at Dru with a confused expression.
"Whats this"?
"Two thousand" Dru smiled. Danielle picked up the money and looked at it before her eyes went back on her daughter.
"Ok" .... She paused "I know what you doing baby but you don't have to do this it's other ways to make money than what you are doing" Danielle said calmly.
"Look mama all I need you to take the money don't worry bout me let me do the worrying for once...she touch the side of Danielle's face "I love you ma and imma make sure we good. You can always count on me".
Danielle looked on her daughter's eyes and knew she was serious and as much as she wish she could change it she knew she couldn't.
Danielle took a deep breath "I love you to".

Dru smiled at her mother, at the end of the day far as family they were all they had and they both cherished the moments. Even though Danielle and Leon weren't together when he was killed Danielle still had love in her heart for him. Just as well as his death devastated Dru it devastated her also, she cried and pray for days after his funeral. And to make matters worse shit instantly got hard for them when he died, they basically lost all of what he gave them so Danielle was basically back to her lowest like she was before she met Leon. She met him when she was Sixteen living with her crackhead parents, but when he came along he took her away from that life and kept her straight until Dru was a teenager, but when she got tired of the late nights, cheating and the different females coming out the blue Danielle decided she couldn't take nomore and she left Leon for good. No matter what he still did his thang as a father and that was to make sure Dru wanted for nothing, although soon good things would eventually come to a end.
