The Crew Together

          later that night:

We ate dinner then I bathed Millian and put her bed. I came back out to the kitchen to wash the dishes and put the food away with the help of Zy while my mom relaxed. It was way of due time for her to have some me time and that's exactly what I wanted her to have. She had been there ever step of the way and I appreciated her for everything. Zy looked over at me as he put the dishes in the cabinet.

"I never knew you had a daughter"Zy said.
"Yeah... Millian is my daughter he dad was killed before she was born. I had to keep her a secret to keep her safe ya know" I said.
"She's a sweet girl... We kicked it the whole time" Zy said laughing.
"Yeah that's my baby" I smiled.
He walked closer to me and wrapped his hands around my waist before pulling me close to him "I love you Dru" he said as he took one of his hands and gently swiped it down my face just like Cam use to. I knew at that very moment Zy was a  angel sent to me.
"I love you to" I said.

I glanced up out the window when I noticed some lights pulling up in the driveway. The whole crew knew about the safe house which caused me to panic. I didn't know if it was Snake, Briana or Someone affiliated with them and I couldn't have nothing bad happen to my mom or Millian behind this mess I caused. By now Mom had walked in the kitchen, I guess she saw the light too and wanted to know what was going on.
I dropped the glass plate causing it to shatter before grabbing my gun out the kitchen draw. Once I seen Zy pull his out from under his shirt we both ran outside to see who it was. Mom ran out behind us,and at first I seen Tate get out the driver side then I seen the passenger door open and Ashya get out.
I leaned over and a sigh of relief came over my body as I started to cry. I was thankful that they were here and safe because I was beginning to think the worse. I ran up to Tate and Ashya and they both hugged me.

"I thought something happened to yall" I whispered.
"Nah we laid low for a couple days before we came. We had to be sure nobody was following us" Tate said.
Zy came up and hugged Ashya before dapping Tate up with a brotherly hug next.
"Glad y'all safe" Zy said.
Tate nodded before looking around "Where's Drake at"?
Zy looked down but I continued to stare at Tate with glossy eyes. "He in the house"? Tate asked again.
I shook my head no "Tate Drake's dead" I said forcing the words out.
It took a minute to register in Tate's head that his twin brother was dead. He broke down and started crying while holding his hands over his head, Ashya started crying to.
"I'm so sorry Tate" I said trying to comfort him.
"What happened to him"? Asked Ashya with tears as she covered her mouth and shook her head in disbelief.
"He died to save me... I tried to get him to help but he insisted for us to go back to my house while I was in the house he died in the car. He texted me and said goodbye he didn't want me to see him die by the time I got back out there he was gone" I sobbed.
Tate came up and hugged me tight as we both had a sentimental moment. I lost one cousin... Now I only had one left and that was Tate. Once he let me go I wiped my wet face and looked at all them as we stood in a group. "We have to leave from here. It isn't safe Snake and Briana knows where we are so I pretty sure Wise knows now too".
They all nodded their heads, agreeing with me. I glanced over at Tate as he stood there with a blank stare. I knew for a fact his brother's death was eating him up something terrible. Besides us they were all each other had, I couldn't take another lost. It was time to finsih what I had started even if that meant me going alone.

    A few days later, we was all sitting down discussing business.
It was time to get this mission back on the roll.
