Life Flashed

The gun went off....

But it wasn't Carl's..... it was Zy. He was watching Carl's hand the whole time and the minute he pulled it out and was about to shoot Dru, Zy shot Carl putting a bullet right thru his skull. Carl's lifeless body hit the kitchen floor as blood poured from his head.
Everyone turned to Zy with all impressed face expression, but Dru on the other hand jumped down off the counter with a shocked expression as her life flashed before her eyes. She looked down at Carl then her eyes met Zy's as she smiled at him, he had jsut saved his life just like she once did him.

"Damn" Drake said as he looked down at Carl's lifeless body. All he could think about was how it could have been Dru had Zy not been on his shit.
"Tate call the clean up crew"Dru ordered as Tate instantly got on his phone and gave the address.
"Bout time this nigga put in some work" Snake mumbled. Zy mugged him before flashing his middle finger.
"Look at the nigga talking, coming from the same one who's always in his feelings" Drake said shaking his head.
"Exactly... stop coming for my mans yo for i let him slap you up a few times"Tate said joking, even though he really would let Zy slap him with no hesitation.
Even though they was left at dead end with Carl Dru was lucky to still have her life. Once the clean up crew texted and said they were in route the crew disappeared without a trace.

Dru went to her mom's house to see her and Millian, she dearly missed them and how crazy things had been lately all she wanted to do was spend some time with her child. She brought some Chinese food and the three of them sat and watched Finding Dory while they ate.
Dru bathed Millian and put her to sleep in her room and laid cuddled with her for about a half in hour before she got ready to leave out. While she was in the room with Millian Dru's mom seen a message pop up on her phone from Jerry so she decided to read it.

"Mom I'm ready to go I'll be over next week" Dru said as she walked in the kitchen to grab her phone and purse. She noticed her mom sitting there with a mad face as she passed over her phone "What's wrong ma"?
"You think I'm stupid" her mom said mad. Dru looked confused at her mom not understanding where she was getting to.
"You looking for Wise after I told you to leave this shit alone" her mom said.
"Mom I don't got time for this" Dru said waving her mother off.
"Dru you have a daughter now it's time for you to put this pass you. Your not gonna find ya Father's killer and I'm sorry baby I'm so sorry I miss him to but you gotta walk away from this" mom plead to Dru.
"Mom I just need you to be there for me everything is almost done and we can leave soon as I'm done" Dru said.
"That's not the point Dru'ona Millian needs you... I need you let this shit go. Wise is a dangerous man" her Mom said.
"Why is everyone worried about him being dangerous but me"? Dru yelled becoming frustrated.
"Because I don't wanna lose you Dru" her mom yelled back as tears streamed down her cheeks.
Dru calmed herself down and stared at her mom... "You won't lose me mom" her voice lower.
"How can you be so sure"? Mom asked. 

Little did Dru know she was in for a much ruder Awakening........
