Brandi POV
I opened the door and my mouth dropped. It was a 16 year old girl standing there with her mother. I turn to Alex telling her to put the gun away. I open the door and they came running in
???: Dad what happened?
Brandi: Dad?
I turn to Alex giving her a confused look then I turn to Darryl glaring at him
Brandi: What's going on? Is there something you're not telling me?
Darryl: This is my other wife and my other daughter Amyre
I put both hands on my face shaking my head
Brandi: Does mom or anybody else know?
Darryl: No. They don't
He grabbed my wrist to the point it hurts
Darryl: And if I find out you told anybody not only are you dead but everybody else will be too
He let go of my arm as I backed away. I looked at Alex with a frightening look on my face. I have to tell mom or brittany or somebody. But then again I don't wanna put my family in danger
Alex: Come on brandi we gotta go it's getting late
Brandi: OK let's go
Alex POV
After we left the room I stood by the wall and listened to what darryl said to his daughter
Darryl: Amyre I want you to keep watch over brandi and her friend to make sure they don't say anything about this
Amyre: OK dad
Darryl: Make sure you follow them but make sure you don't be seen. I don't need nobody knowing about this. Make sure you take a gun with you just in case. Take your mother with you too
I walk over to brandi with my face twisted
Brandi: What's wrong?
Alex: Darryls daughter and her mother are gonna make sure we don't say anything about today. They're both gonna be carrying guns with them. What are we gonna do?
Brandi: We'll talk about this later. Let's go before something bad happens up in here
Alex: OK
