It was Christmas break and you sat in the library researching. "I know why we haven't hung out since the night after the astronomy tower." You heard someone whisper. "No, don't look up because they'll know, we understand why you had to part." You recognized the voice, Hermione. "I found something you three should know," you whispered, turning a page in the book. "I have to go down to Hagrid's tonight though, I'll be in the study this time again tomorrow night." With that you closed your book and grabbed your papers and left. You hurried down to Hagrid's, careful trying not to get caught. Once you got down to his door you knocked once and barged in. Hagrid was sitting down, Harry, Hermione, and Ron was also there with him. "Nice for you to finally join us." Hermione said as Harry quickly got up, motioning for you to sit down next to him. "What is all this?" You asked, smiling at your former friends. "Well we all needed to talk and we noticed your distance. So we assumed it was that time." Hermione said. "Well I made a contract with Draco," You said, not giving any more explanation. Harry looked uncomfortable so you dropped it. "You said you had some information for us?" Ron asked, trying to also change the subject. "Hagrid, what do you know about Remus Lupin?" You asked, making Hagrid choke on his drink. "Well I know him and Harry's parents were good friends back when they all came to hogwarts." Hagrid rambled. You nodded and continued. "What do you know about the resistance they attended?" "You mean The Order of Phoenix?" Hagrid asked, you raised your eyebrows. "So you do know." You smiled, Hagrid quickly closed his mouth and looked down. All of a sudden there was a heavy knock on the door. "Hagrid." It was the voice of Snape. You four quickly rushed to the back door and escaped before Hagrid could let in the teacher. You stayed behind, sneaking to the window to listen in to their conversation. "Have you seen four students?" snape asked as he walked around Hagrid's house, "Well, I'm only searching for one in particular." He stopped, Hagrid looked up from what he was doing. "Who might that be?" He asked, acting dumbfounded. "(Y/L/N). (F/N) (L/N). I have some business to attend to with her." He said in his horrible tone. "I haven't seen her since dinner." Hagrid lied, you smiled and secretly thanked him. Snape picked up something and sat it down quickly. Turning around and walked towards the door, "Well if you see her, tell her I need to speak to her. Something about the Prophecy." Hagrid nodded his head in agreement. You hid on the other side of Hagrid's house, he walked quickly up to the school. After what felt like forever you seen him disappear into Hogwarts. After a few moments, you quickly went back into Hagrid's house. "I thought you left," Hagrid said. "You really expect that of me?" Hagrid chuckled. "Okay, now that the other three aren't here, let's get down to business." You said, earning a soft glare from Hagrid. "The order of phoenix, founded by Dumbledore himself. Remus Lupin and Sirius Black both participated in it. So why would Black tell Voldemort about the Potters?" You asked. Hagrid sat there for a few moments, "You're smart too, you know." Hagrid said to you, you were confused. "That's because Black didn't tell Voldemort. It was actually a rat named Peter Pettigrew." Your eyes grew, Hagrid chuckled. You quickly grabbed your things and left, leaving Hagrid to clean up his house.
Once you got up to the common room you seen Draco and Pansy sitting on the couch. You coughed causing Draco to scramble off the couch, "Excuse me, didn't mean to interrupt but have you seen Snape?" You asked, trying not to giggle. Pansy sat on the couch, Draco stared at you blushing. "We were- we weren't doing anything." Draco said, backing away from Pansy. "Draco, I don't care what you and pig face do, just as long as you tell me where Snape is." Pansy huffed and went to her room. "He- He's in his office I think." Draco was still blushing when you winked at him. You left heading to Snape's office. "Snape?" You asked walking slowly into his office. "(Y/N), we need to talk." You gathered up all your courage and shut the door.
It was around 3 am when Snape released you from his office. He made sure you knew the prophecy, like it hasn't been ingrained into your brain since you were practically born. "I wonder if Draco gets this kind of treatment," you walked back to your room, thinking about that. When you got to the common room you saw Draco passed out on one of the couches. You smiled at him, "Draco... Draco wake up..." you said softly into his ear. His eyes fluttered open and he groaned. "What do you want?" He said in a sleepy voice, you mentally awed at him. "Draco, go to your own bed," you giggled at him. He opened his eyes and looked at you. "I'm so sorry for earlier," he said sleepily, you smiled at him and helped him off the couch. "Don't worry about it," you giggled at him stumbling. "Draco, if you don't walk straight you are going to take us both down," you heard him chuckle. Once you got to the entrance of the boys hallway you stopped and let go of Draco. "I'll see you later Draco, maybe I can eat breakfast with you and Pansy," you giggled again. Draco looked at you with a soft expression and smiled, "If you want I can invite her, but she's awfully chatty in the mornings." You both laughed and said goodnight. Making your way to the other side of the common room and into the girls hallway. You quickly got dressed for bed and went to sleep.
When you woke up the next day it was around 12 in the afternoon. You groaned, "Why did Snape keep me that late?" You asked loudly. You heard someone chuckle from the other side of the room. You raised up out of bed and rubbed your eyes. You seen a shadow move from across the room till it came into view. "Jeez Draco, how did you get into my room?" You asked him, laying back down. You felt the bed dip and feeling Draco slide up next to you. "I walked in, duh." He chuckled, you looked over at him and laughed. "You look horrible, when you first wake up." Draco said, laughing. You giggled, "I know. So why are you in here?" He smiled, "Well you didn't come down to breakfast and Pansy was getting on my nerves. Was wanting to make sure you were still alive." He paused for a moment before chuckling again. "Do you know you snore? You even talk in your sleep?" He was laughing harder now, you slapped his arm softly and laughed. "I don not!" You said rather loudly, you both layed in bed laughing. "What was I saying though?" You asked seriously, causing Draco to start laughing again. "Something about puppies, and Snape. You were dreaming about Snape?" Draco pointed an accusing finger at you and laughed. "I didn't know you fancied Snape." Draco was giggling at you while you blushed. "I do not actually." You said, blushing more. You both laughed and laid in bed for a bit. It was a few minutes before one of you talked again, "I brought you food." You looked over at him and smiled. "You know the best four words to a girl's heart!" Draco laughed and got up from the bed. He grabbed your food off your dresser and brought it over to you.
