Can you really change a Prophecy?

When you fell to the ground you were outside of the Ministry of Magic. You turned around and looked at all the faces that passed by or passed right through you, just then you saw Dumbledore walking swiftly towards the door. You ran to catch up to him, going in and out of various people. When you finally caught up to him he was halfway down the corridor. "Damn, for an old dude he sure is fast." You said out loud, not afraid anyone would hear you. You followed him down the hallway and into this large room that had a round table in the middle. There were a bunch of men already who already were sated. "They must have waited on him, he does like a grand appearance." You chuckled to yourself. "Albus, nice of you to join us." A man said, he was dressed in a really nice suite and his face had a nice aged look to it. "You should be glad I showed up," Dumbledore remarked, Dumbledore took a seat and you sat next to him. "Now to begin the meeting. The Prophecy of not only Harry Potter, but also (Y/N) (Y/L/N) and Draco Malfoy. It needs to be discussed of what shall happen when they get to hogwarts." The man exclaimed, Dumbledore looked nervous before speaking. "What exactly is the Prophecy. I would like to know what will be going on of my future students." Just as he finished, a younger looking Professor Snape walked in. "Sorry for being late." dumbledore chuckled, "It just started Severus." He sat down on the other side of Dumbledore and the man sighed. "The Prophecy, as we all know of. Lord Voldemort will be coming back. We don't know exactly when, but we know he shall return." You looked over at Professor Snape and he had a lifeless expression. "Now for these three students they have a different path." The man continued, "It is foretold that Harry shall defeat the Dark Lord again, however the other two will be on the wrong side causing mass destruction. Helping the Dark Lord try to gain again and again," "Not if I have any influence." Professor Snape interrupted. Everyone turned to look at him and you could hear Dumbledore chuckle. "What do you mean, Severus?" Another man that has yet to speak, asked. "What if we did small things, small enough to deter their way of thinking. I know for a fact that both families do not want their kids to grow up in such power. As demented as both families seem, they actually want what's best. I have visited both families, (Y/N) is strong willed and if told not to do something, she does it anyway. Whereas Draco will follow orders, or follow in behind (Y/N). He has a clear thought of his own though. He shows remorse." Snape said. Dumbledore looked over at him. "These children will be deterred, they will be given a mind of their own at Hogwarts." Dumbledore said. "Their parents will tell them their Prophecy over and over again. They will make their minds up and we will see in the future how this will end. We will see what side they are fighting for." Dumbledore said, ending the conversation. All of the men looked at each other and nodded, which was what you thought a signal to get up. As you went to get up with Dumbledore you were brought back into reality.
When you came to realization, you were face to face with Dumbledore. "Now, which side are you on?" He smiled at you and motioned for you to sit down in front of his desk. "I have a plan, actually." You sat down causing Dumbledore to break out into a big smile.
