Once you woke up you found out you were admitted the wing for two weeks, Draco came and checked on you every chance he got. He was letting you know what happened, often multiple times, while you sat in silence. Draco told the nurses that you had a bad dream and that's how you ended up with a 6 inch cut up your left arm. "If Draco didn't walk in when he did, you would've been dead." The nurse said as she was changing your bandages. You nodded your head, thinking about the dream you had right before you woke up. "Do you want to tell me how you did this?" You shrugged your shoulders at the nurse, "I woke up" You paused at how disgusting your voice sounded, "I woke up screaming with Draco trying to hold me down and his screaming for help." You finished, the nurse sat in Draco's chair, sighing loudly. "What were you dreaming about?" She was staring at you intently now, you shrugged your shoulders again and she smiled. "You can tell me, Dumbledore wanted me to keep a keen eye on you so I know." Your eyes widen, "You also know you could die for knowing? That I will be the one to kill you?" You blurted out angrily, the ladies smile only grew which made you scoff in disbelief. "We all die sooner or later deary, at least I would be dying for a right cause." She shrugged her shoulders and leaned back into the chair. "Now, are you going to tell me or not?" You sat there in silence for a few moments, thinking about what you should share and what you shouldn't. "It was a meeting with Voldemort."

After spilling out to the nurse, you both had talked about other, happier things. You found out her name was Maggie and she has been here for quite a while. You both talked till Draco bounced happily into the wing, causing you both to fall silent again. Draco frowned when he noticed that she was sitting in your chair. "Excuse me, (Y/N) we can talk again whenever you feel like it." She said noticing Dracos glances towards the chair. She quickly got up and walked out of the hospital wing. Draco glanced at the exit and sat down in his chair. "So what were you two talking about?" Draco asked, raising his eyebrow. You shrugged your shoulders, looking down at your bandage covered wrist. "Okay.." He paused for a moment pulling out a couple of books and his quill and parchment. "Why won't you talk to me but you'll talk to her?" He asked, sadness engulfed his voice. You still didn't speak to him, looking away to the window. You watched the snow fall as you heard his quill scratching at the parchment. "Okay, we I must be going. Sorry I can't stay longer, you know how much I just love to sit in silence." He said sarcastically, "But I have to meet Pansy." You glared at him, a smirk forming on his lips. Instead of speaking to him like he wants you to, you rolled over facing the wall and pulled the covers up to your nose, acting like you were going to sleep. You heard Draco sigh before walking out of the wing. You couldn't remember why you refused to talk to Draco, all you knew was that you still felt angry whenever his presence enters the vicinity.

It was a few days since you had talked to the nurse, whenever she came to check on your bandages she wouldn't say a word unless you spoke first. She would only smile and that made you feel better since you weren't allowed to leave the wing. "So, where is your boyfriend? He hasn't came in a few days has he?" The nurse asked you while you were staring out of the window. You were looking down watching everyone gather to go to hogsmeade, Draco and Pansy stood together talking with the rest of your group. "He's not my boyfriend," You said, still staring at the group. "I'm sorry dear, would you like to walk outside of the wing? I know you've been cooped up inside for almost a week now. It's doing more bad than good, don't you say?" You turned around and smiled at the old woman, "Are you going to be accompanying me?" The lady's face lit up with excitement, and she nodded. You quickly grabbed a robe and put on your slippers. "Where shall we go?" You asked, she smiled before you both were whipped out of the hospital wing and landed in Hogsmeade. You grabbed your stomach and leaned over while the nurse grabbed your arm, steadying you. "I asked Dumbledore for special permission to come today, he offered to realise you for a couple of hours to my own personal care." She said smiling wide when you recovered from your insides being mixed about. "Thank you so much! You are the best care taker!" You exclaimed, hugging her tightly. "Where should we go now?" You asked her as she led you into a nearby shop. Honeydukes sweetshop is what the sign read as you were pulled into the shop. "I love candy! How about yourself?" The older lady asked, she looked as eager as small child which made you feel warm inside. "I love candy too!" You lied as you followed her around the aisles. She grabbed a lot of candy, asking you to pick some out as well, and once you were both done she paid for all of it. "Madam, I could've paid for my items." You spoke over the incoming customers as you both were walking out of the store. Instead of answering she gave you a huge smile, "It's alright dear, you've been having a rough time. My pleasure." You both stood there for a moment before her smile faltered. You turned around to see Draco, standing a mere 6 inches away from you. "What are you doing here?" He asked in a harsh voice. You felt the older lady grab your arm, steadying you again before you disappeared into another shop.

"He seemed very angry," The lady said letting go of your arm to look at the clothing that seemed to engulf the store. "He probably is, which I'm angry too. I just don't understand why. Or I don't remember why." You said, following her around the store. "Do you like him?" She asked looking above one of the racks. You smiled at her and rummaged through the clothes, "I'm not sure, the prophecy and such." You paused, remembering your argument with him before you went to your room the night of that terrible dream. "I don't know how to explain it. I have my duties, especially now I need to pay attention. One wrong thing and we can both be dead." You said pulling out a black t-shirt. She hummed as she pulled out a few more articles of clothing. "I understand, that's why I never married." You looked up at her wide eyed. "Why didn't you?" You asked, moving onto the next rack of clothing. "My duties lye to Hogwarts, and he didn't want to be apart of it, so we didn't marry." She said casually. You pondered over what she said before continuing with your discussion. "I'm not even sure if I want to be with Draco." You confessed, she looked up at you with bright eyes. "Ah, I see." She said, pulling out another few items and walking up to the counter, you followed and put your clothing items down. "I'm paying for this," You said smiling up at the old woman, she giggled like a schoolgirl and before you knew it you were dragged into other shops.

Once you got back to Hogwarts it was around dinner time, you were completely exhausted from running around with the elder woman. "How was your trip?" You heard a deep voice say from behind you as you were putting all your items away. You shrugged, not turning towards Draco. "Where's your friend?" He asked, you could here him walking to his usual spot and sitting down. "Where's Pansy?" You snapped, pausing for a moment to try and control your emotions. "Probably snogging Blaise," He brushed off your retort, obvious Malfoy. You walked to the window and looked at Draco's reflection. "Why are you here?" You asked, refusing to look directly at him. "To see you of course." He lowered in his chair, staring at all the items still strung out on your bed. "Did you and the nurse go on a shopping spree today?" He smiled at himself, you felt your lips tugging. "He was so damn cute." You thought to yourself. "Yeah, it was nice getting out of here and actually talking to someone. His eyes raised up to look at you, "I'm sorry for not coming to see you," you shrugged your shoulders. "I understand, you have class. Also studying with Pansy and that elder Slytherin. The world still goes around while I'm stuck in here. Don't be sorry." You said, now staring out the window. Draco didn't answer you, he knew it was true and he couldn't help it. But he could have came and seen you a couple of times, Hell even before he went to Hogsmeade he could have came and seen you. But he didn't. You turned around not making eye contact with Draco and continued to put your things away, he watched you intently, his eyes falling on the bandages more than they would stare at your face. "You look pretty today, did you do something with your hair? Maybe it's the informal clothes you're wearing. You should wear them more often," Draco said softly. You looked up at him and smiled, "You're a dick, and I hate you." He smirked, "I know, but I think I love you. So that makes up for it. Don't you think?"
