Leo was still trembling after his shocking dream. Everything made sense now and he knew what Ravi had meant. They had a very hard time and now everything will get worse. But Leo didn't know if he should tell Ravi or not. One thing he knew for sure, he will never tell Ravi that he wanted to die so badly and that he was upset when he woke up in the hospital. Maybe it would just be the best to remain silent and pretend that he is still oblivious. He would lie to him but after this accident he has never left Leo's side.
Everything was so confusing and it made his head hurt. Why are they in such a situation in the first place? Why can't Ravi just tell Leo that he doesn't love him anymore but he pretends to be there for him. If he doesn't say something soon, Leo has to take things into his hand. He slowly went downstairs to see Ravi talking with someone on the phone. He didn't want to eavesdrop but maybe it would clarify some things.
"Angelique how many times do I have to tell you that I'm over with you."
He listened to the other before he spoke again.
"Have you realized how risky it was in the park? You told me you don't want that Leo and Hye have contact but you saw how well they got along."
Is he talking about the little girl? What's up with her and why does Ravi know her?
"Angelique I freaking know that I'm her father but you make everything so hard. Do you really think I'll go to you? This will never happen. I should've never slept with you in the first place."
No. This can't be true. He had to hold onto the railing for support but nonetheless he collapsed, trying his best to hold in the tears.
Was everything a lie? But why did they marry in the first place, if he already had  a daughter? There were just so many things in Leo's head and he didn't know what to do. Should he act like nothing had happened at all? That he still hasn't regained his memory? Or should he just tell him everything? As soon as Ravi stopped talking, he tried to get up, not wanting him to see him in this state. Ravi seemed frustrated and sat down on the couch with a deep sigh. Leo decided to talk with him, so he walked up to Ravi, putting a hand on his shoulder.
"Is everthing okay?"
"Yes don't worry."
"You don't want to tell me?"
Leo sat down beside his husband, softly taking his hand into his.
Of course Leo was confused and wanted to know the truth but maybe they could talk about it and work things out. It can't end like this. Leo just couldn't be without Ravi and he would do everything to make them stay together forever.
"I don't want to bother you. You should rest and it wasn't important."
"But you seem upset and it upsets me too."
"Don't worry Leo just forget about it."
He knew he had to say something and took a deep breath before looking right into Ravi's eyes.
"Ravi who is Angelique?"
"You have heard it?"
Leo just nodded but Ravi didn't bother to answer him.
"Do you love her? Please be honest."
"I'll tell you after you have regained you're memory or else it would be too confusing."
"I know everything. I thought I was dreaming but it was so clear. Everything that has happend between us. My childhood, everything."
"Please don't lie to me just that I tell you this."
"I'm not lying. I know everything Ravi and that's a lot of things. I know things I didn't even know I was able to think of. I remember the accident so well. You were there too, am I right?"
"Leo I'm sorry."
"Just tell me. Do you love her more than me? Do you even have feelings for me?"
"I only love you Leo. It was a really long time ago."
"What is her name?"
"Angelique."
"No not her name. Tell me your daughter's name."
"Hye."
"It was the girl from the park am I right?"
"Yes Leo but please let me explain this to you. I don't love Angelique. It was a mistake, a big stupid mistake and I'm so mad at me. I thought you would die. I thought I've lost the person I love more than everything. In this  time I realized I should have been honest instead of lying to you and telling you I was working while I was trying to tell her that I don't want to see her anymore but I can't abandon Hye so easily. Despite all this, she's still my daughter and it's not her fault that she was born."
By now tears were rolling down his eyes and Leo tried his hardest to  compose himself. He softly touched the younger's cheek, making him look into his eyes.
"Why were you lying? Why haven't you just told me Ravi?"
"I was too scared. How should I've told you? If the person I love would tell me he has a daughter I would be so mad. I would probably leave or I don't know what I would do. I didn't want you to feel horrible just because of me."
"Do you have any idea how much I suffered? After our wedding you always came home late, told me you were going out with your colleagues until they told me you've left even earlier than anyone else. Of course I knew you were seeing someone else. I was so glad when this trucker lost control over his vehicle. I wanted to die so badly Ravi have you even noticed that? I was disappointed when I woke up, still alive. That's how much I suffered."
"I'm so sorry Leo. That's what I wanted to prevent from happening but I screwed up. If I could just go back in time I would change so many things. I can't even describe how bad I feel. I've never loved someone as much as I love you Leo and that isn't a lie."
"Ravi please look at me" Leo whispered.
He looked up to see the hurt in his eyes and it made his heart break.
"Promise me that you won't lie to me from now on. We will work this out Ravi. We'll find a solution to this and we will stay together. Promise me that. Don't leave and everything will be fine."
"I promise you Leo. I swear that I won't leave you. I just want to be with you, no one else."
This night they talked for a very long time but both felt that they could trust each other again and that nobody would be able to separate them. Their bond got even stronger than it ever was.
