Morning Kisses

Jade's POV

I could feel the sun shining upon my back, ever so slightly it was creeping around to shine on my face. My hand tucked under my cheek while my other arm draped along the side of my body and dangled my hand upon my stomach. The smell of eggs and bacon reached my nose and I could feel the rumbling of my stomach under my fingertips. I wonder what tea he chose for me this morning.... Feeling childish i kept my eyes closed and my expression blank as i felt his lips press upon my cheek and my hair being tucked gently behind my ear.

"Mistress it is time to wake up."

I remained silent, intrigued as to how he would wake me now that we were lovers. No longer having to hide our love in secret, my desire to be playful could no longer be suppressed. I shifted slightly to give a hint that i was stirring and rolled onto my opposite side showing him my back, sadly it turned me to directly face the sun.

"Is my mistress wishing to be woken by a kiss?"

I couldnt help but allow a slight smile to form, since he was facing my back he couldn't see that i was smiling.... I quickly erased my grin as i could sense the light being blocked. I felt a gentle press against my lips and when it was over i slowly opened my eyes lifting my hand up to block the sun.

"Lucius... the blinds."

"of course.."

Lucius turned and drew the sheer curtain to cut out some of the natural light as i lifted myself upright and wiped the sand from my eyes. I gazed down at my stomach and felt my eyes widen in slight shock. My stomach... it...

"You grew during the night... i was a little surprised myself."

"Lucius what is the meaning of this?"

Lucius sat beside me holding my cup to me. I took it gratefully and sipped the warm brew of Sunset Rose, a delicious blend that is very soothing.

"Demon children tend to grow faster than normal children. It's perfectly natural for you to be progressing this soon."

"So how long do demon children usually take to..... grow?"

"It's hard to say, i once heard of a demon child being born within a month-"

"A month!!"

I couldnt help but squeal slightly and he only chuckled as he smiled at me.

"Relax mistress, your following the natural process. It also depends on the strength of the demon on how fast the child develops."

"Strength?"

"Nevermind that my lady... i believe you would like to start eating your breakfast, i can hear your growls."

I blushed slightly setting my cup on the table and took a bite of the fluffy eggs finally giving in to the demands of my hunger, and most likely the fastly growing child.

"Would you like to review the file in your office or in the garden?"

I thought for a moment as i continued eating, it would be nice to sit in the sun since the weather seemed fair.

"Have my full breakfast brought to the patio."

"You still hunger for more?"

He had a sly grin and I blushed as he managed to turn my request for food into something else. I lightly shoved him as I stood finishing the small teaser of my morning meal.

"I am carrying a child so my appetite is voracious... please brew a full pot of tea as well."

"I shall give the order to the chef, would you like me to dress you?"
