Jade's POV

I sighed as I reviewed the reports from my minions. My fingers rubbing my forehead in annoyance as this git kept rambling on about how despite my protruding belly i was still beautiful. I held my hand up and raised a brow.

"Did you come all this way to congratulate me on my pregnancy or do you actually have something worth reporting?"

"ah.... ah yes missus, that Grahm person has shown up at the docks lately."

I leaned forward in my chair but winced as my precious little one kicked me again. I chuckled rubbing my stomach that now stretched out to my full term. I glanced over at Lucius as he tended to the roses his ears still red from where i had been pinching and dragging him for the annoying waddling I must endure. I looked back at my minion and gestured for him to sit.

"What has this man been doing?"

"Well it seems they are preparing for somethin' big missus. Lots of big crates."

"what are in them?"

He didnt respond. He twiddled his fingers and I couldnt help but groan my brow twitching in annoyance.

"Please tell me you haven't been watching these crates being unloaded and not bothered to investigate?"

"they're scary men missus..."

I shot up and knocked him out of the chair drawing my blade. His eyes shone with fear as I held it against his neck shouting.

"The only person you should fear is me you worthless twit!"

"Mistress!"

I looked up at Lucius who held his hand to me. He seemed annoyed, perhaps he was concerned for the baby.

"Please refrain from moving so violently, your very close to your due date.."

I looked down at the men under my blade my eyes narrowed in anger. I stood up keeping my foot placed against his neck wobbling slightly as I held my stomach. Lucius caught my arm helping me stand, i shoved the blade into his hand smiling cruelly at the man under my foot.

"Fine... then you do it.."

He shared a smile with me kneeling down the man squirmed more so i could only assume that he was pressing the blade tighter against his neck.

"While I may not be able to physically harm you myself, my butler is more than capable of tormenting you in my place."

"Please Miss! W... we'll start checking the crates! I swear it!"

"That will do me no good, im sure that they are aware of your presence by now."

"No missus th...they... theyre having another shipping in tonight... we'll find out whats in the crate."

I raised a brow and motioned my hand to have him knick his neck slightly.

"You've had a set schedule for them this whole time?"

"p... please miss.... dont kill me."

I chuckled and waved my hand and watched Lucius shove the groveling man at my feet. He began clinging to my dress shaking and trembling, his neck bleeding slightly.

"Do you understand the gravity of your situation now?"

"yes missus... w...we'll get what you want.."
