Only Mine

Lucius's POV

I had dismissed the staff as ordered, well... all except for one trusted member.

"Will you please just watch her for me?"

The head chef groaned running fingers through his hair smirking at me.

"What does Jade say about this? I dont want to get in trouble for your plots.."

"Come on spend some time with your niece... I want to have some quality time with Jade."

"Ah yes 'quality' time... but i suppose spending one night with my niece wouldn't hurt...."

I smirked shaking his hand, dinner was almost ready and Jade was already on her way to the kitchen to see what was taking me so long. I quickly placed Lilly in his arms and opened the door.

"I'll return her once you are ready. Enjoy your night."

I took over the stirring of the pasta sauce and made sure to keep sauteeing the vegetables.

"Lucius... lucius i can't find lilliana, do you have her?"

I braced myself for the fists and set the temperature low. I moved over and held her to me.

"Jade, now I don't want you to be upset. But after all that has happened I felt like we deserved a night to ourselves. So I asked Jared to watch over her for us."

"y.... you gave my newborn infant.... to Jared? Our daughter that was born only yesterday!!"

"Jade you know she is safe him, I gave him strict instructions to go to Mimi's house and have her help watch over her. He will stand guard as Mimi nurtures her."

Her hands pounded on my chest as she was obviously upset, but i needed her to see that we needed some peace and quiet. Just by ourselves...

"But...s...she's my baby. I... I'm suppose to take care of her, and I just gave her to someone else so that I could be alone with you..."

I cupped her chin gently smiling softly.

"Well I'm glad that the feeling is mutual, you have not given her away my darling. For one night I wish to have you only be mine. No interruptions, and as much as I love seeing her, our daughter being watched for only a brief moment so that we can be alone."

She was biting her lip, i could tell she wanted to be alone with me just as badly as I wanted to be alone with her. Her eyes fell and stared at my chest, her fingers lightly tracing down my shoulder to the open collar of my shirt. I swallowed hard staring down at her, the smell of her soul arousing me and wanting me to take her in one quick moment.

"You are in so much trouble.... but i suppose in a way I'm happy to be alone with you."

"Dinner will be ready soon, would you like to eat in the dining room, or perhaps I may take my chance in courting you?"

"You? You want to court me? This I must see for myself.... I better get myself properly dressed if i am to be wooed."

I watched her leave my eyes drawn to her perfectly sculpted ass swaying side to side as she left the kitchen.... I let out a pleased growl and returned to cooking. Stars should be very clear from the fountain, i just hoped that she wouldn't be upset by the water and stars.... Oh come on pull yourself together, you know exactly how to astound her. I nodded to myself and continued preparing dinner.

Jade's POV

wow... a demon courting. I bit my lip thinking hard about what I could possibly wear. Sure I could pull on one of my usual dresses, yet I couldn't help but want to try something more extreme. After all I'm in the comfort of my own home. I smiled staring at my body, i guess Lucius healed me as I slept. I couldn't see a difference in how i looked before I became pregnant, aside from my enlarged breasts. I pulled a silver gown from my dresser and held it up to my body, It shone in the light like moonlight and the lace top added a touch of sexy that I sought. I slipped the gown over my head and admired the silkiness of the fabric. hmm this must be a new one... so soft. I went to my mirror and went to conceal the star upon my arm. My star. I looked at the pad and placed it back on the vanity. No reason to hide it, after all it's my symbol that I belong to him...and that he belongs to me. A smile curled my lips and I colored them with a light shade of rouge to entice him for more kisses. now the biggest question... hair up or down...
