"I know it sounds like it, but I promise you it wasn't me."
"Promise me, promise me you didn't do it." I sniffed, my heart heavy with the feeling of betrayal.

"Mark Tuan, I promise I wouldn't do anything to hurt you." He whispered, his hands cupping my face.

He didn't deny making out with her, he just promised he wouldn't do anything to hurt me.

"Okay." I nodded, refusing to meet my eyes with his.
"I love you." Jackson pleaded, giving me a small kiss on the lips.

A kiss I didn't return.

"I love you too." I spoke, before bolting out of the car and into my yard faster than my feet could carry me.
"I'll take you to school tomorrow!" Jackson shouted at me, closing his car door.

I replied with a nod before running into my living room, I honestly just want to sit down and cry. Cry until my eyes are sore, cry until my face is stained with tears, cry until I can't feel anything.

"Mark, I need to talk to you."
"Not now, dad." I croaked, rushing up the stairs into my room.
"Okay, maybe tomorrow!" Dad yelled before I closed my door, slid off my shoes and leaped onto my bed.

Tomorrow is going to be hell.

---------
Beep Beep.

The sound of Jackson's car horn was my cue to go, with a loud 'bye', I ran out the front door with my school bag.

"Hey." Jackson stated as I opened the door and got in.

Here we go again.

Going off Yoongi's advice, I wore my ripped skinny jeans and a tank top today. My favourite combo. A combo I look good in.

"Hello." I smiled, closing the door as Jackson started driving off.
"What are you wearing?" He spoke, with little emotion.
"My favourite jeans, I really like this top too. Why?"
"You're always wearing all these new clothes. Why are you changing?" He asked, turning a corner.
"Because I didn't like myself before, Jackson." I admitted, watching him go through a green light at the stop lights.
"I liked you before."
"So you don't like me now?"
"No, I love you. I just think you're too hot in them. Someone will steal you." He sighed, turning another corner.
"They'll only steal me if you let them." I smirked, looking at all the children walking into school.
"I won't let anyone touch you." He growled, parking his car.
"Are you sure that'll work?" I teased, getting out and watching him get hot-headed.

I love doing this.

"I'm sure." He stated and pulled me against him, smashing his lips against mine.
This time I kissed back, he deserved it anyway.
Our lips were latched together for a good five minutes before I pulled away, a little light headed.
Jackson whined and tried to kiss me again, but I declined, shoving my hand in front of his lips before they could reach mine.
"I need to go see Hoseok." I remembered, looking around the school yard.
"I need your lips." Jackson whined, not letting go of my waist.
"You can get them later, I need to find him." I laughed, removing my hand from his lips.
"Pllleeeeeaaassseee." Jackson pleaded, sticking out his bottom lip like a 5 year old child.
"Jackson, it's important."
"Fine." He sighed and pointed to the tree near the front door. "He's over there."
"Great, I'll see you later." I smiled before giving him a peck on the cheek and jogging over to Hoseok.

"Hey Mark." Hoseok smiled, his usual bright smile.
"Hey, you seem happier." I commented, walking with him to the school doors.
"I decided I wouldn't make everyone else sad with my problems, I'll do it myself."
"You don't have to suffer alone, Hopie." I whispered as we walked into the school.
"I know... but this isn't what I wanted to talk to you about." J-Hope murmered, his hands tightened on his school bag straps as we walked through the not so busy hall.
"What do you need to tell me?"
"It's about Jackson and Taeyeon."
