Gerry's POV

She was gone.
He was gone too.
The house was not as lively as it was.
We loved them.
So surprising that they were mother and son.
They fit, I have to say. Though Miss Wonders has a lively and energetic side, there is still gentleness in her. A perfect lady, as what Miss Tibbet, but she denies that. Alistar, a shy boy. Gentle as a lamb, quiet as a mouse. He has her hair, and eyes. Same blond, same blue. A perfect image, just... he is a he, not a she.
When they left, we burst into tears.
Franz pretended not to cry, but cried before the door was opened. Miss Tibbet hugged Miss Wonders.
"Will you ever come back?" we asked.
"I hope so," she whispered. "But we may not..."
"Why," we wailed.
"They live very far away, my boys," said Miss Tibbet, swallowing hard.
"Yes, very far..." added Franz, his voice cracking. "And very different time..."
"Time?" we echoed.
"Yes, time..." replied Miss Wonders.
"You can't tell them that..." hissed Miss Tibbet and she slapped Franz on the elbow and gave Miss Wonders dagger eyes.
"Oww..." moaned Franz.
"Huh?" we asked.
"Nothing, my dears, nothing."
We spent as much time we can with dear Ali today, hope it wouldn't be the last time.
But I have a feeling it is.

Alistar's POV

"Why are we here?"
"You'll soon see."
"You're taking me to Wonderland."
"I know..."
"How do we get there?"
"I thought you read the books, my son."
"How... oh!"
We stopped running, a big tree stood in front of us. A big hole was there too, big enough for a person to fall in.
The Rabbit Hole.
"Wouldn't many people fall in?" I asked.
"Oh yes, but only those with Wonderland blood can pass... or if you are not, say the password."
"But you don't have..."
"I have, and so do you."
She smiled, turned and jumped into the hole.
And I followed.
