Alistar's POV
Some more days and days and days later...

I woke up.
I knew something was special about today, but I did not know what it is was.

I walked downstairs where I saw my parents with excited faces.

"What is it?" I asked as I approached them.

"Well..."they began and moved away from the table, showing a big cake.

"Happy Birthday!" they said at the same time and gave their biggest smile.

"Wow," I muttered. I couldn't believe they could have made a cake for me.

Before on my birthdays in the Real World, Miss Tibbet and the boys go out to choose a small cake in the bakery round the corner of the street. Just a small one and we would just share it.

Never had I seen such a big cake, one with so much cream and toppings.

"It's cheesecake," I smiled as I took a bite. "I don't know you bake..."

"Your father is very talented," said my mother tenderly. "Just enjoy the cake. We need to bring you somewhere later."

"Where?" I asked and my mother hid her face behind her hands.

"It's terrible," she muttered.

"It's the drop," my father added.

"Drop?"

"Yes."
