Alistar's POV (still)

"Wake up, Alistar!" yelled a voice and a bucketful of water was thrown over me.

"Ouch," I muttered and tried to sit up.

Frenda was there with the other kids and I looked pretty dumb sitting there and the only one who fainted during the process.

"Come on," Frenda said. "We need to continue."

She pulled me up and all of the kids proceeded down the hall.

More like a hall of fire and water. The two element hissed and crashed against each other, performing a dance or something of that sort. It looked amazing. How lucky I was to be in Wonderland.

Suddenly, a flash of bright orange light illuminated the fire hall and a sparkly fairy appeared.

She wore a dress the shade of orange and gold, like the sunset. She had a pair of silver wings. and her chocolate brown hair was braided to a side. A simple crown rested upon her head. She looked awfully familiar, I swore I saw her in some book.

"Is that... Iranice?" I asked Frenda. "The Fairy of Hope? I saw her in one of my books."

"That's Felicie," whispered Frenda back. "The Destiny fairy. She's Lady Iranice's biological younger sister."

"My dear Wonderlandians," cried Felicie and she descended to the ground, her wings fluttered. "Today is the day you'll find your destiny."

A crowd of swirling orbs came swimming through to us. I glanced at Frenda, she nodded at me reassuringly.

"Each orb represents a destiny, and soon, one will come to you."

The orbs kept on swirling around us and I reached for the nearest one, but it backed away. I reached for another one, it stopped there as if hesitating, then backed away again. I managed to peer inside it, it showed a philosopher in a study of what appears to be a college.

Miss Tibbet talked about colleges before, so did Franz, they say that college is an eye-opener. I believe so, there must so much to do and see!

The orbs kept coming and going. All of the kids had already found their orbs, but I found none. I looked like a jerk just standing there doing nothing.

Suddenly, a blue green orb came to me, paused and slowly landed in my open palms. Before I could clearly see what was inside, the orb pushed towards my chest, causing me to be pushed out of the swirl of orbs back towards the others.

As the other unchosen orbs flew away, Frenda came to me and asked,

"Hey, I'm gonna live on as a pixie,  not big deal. What about you?"

I looked into my orb. There was the image of a handsome guy doing something on his work table.

"What is it?"

"Well," I smiled. "You know my last name."

"Of course, Hatter."

"Well, then I shall do what a Hatter does best," I winked as we headed back to the Mock Beach.
