Alistar's POV

She died.

SHE DIED! DECEASED! PERISHED!

Dad and Mum just stood there glumly staring at the ground. I just stared at that box. Pretty pink fabric, my sister's.

"When?" I asked.

"She died when she was 2, that was before you were born. Life as a Hatter, it's dangerous," Mum said.

"Dangerous? Are we criminals? Are we some run aways? Some... bad guys?" I asked.

"No," Dad sighed. "Life in Wonderland, now, it's all dangerous to everybody. These are dark times in Wonderland, Oz, Fantasia and the Beyond."

"Dark times?"

Suddenly, there was a boom and Dad rushed to the window, a look of horror on his face. Turning to mum, he cried, "She's here."

"Who's here?" I asked and I went to the window. There outside, was a woman on a broom, flying and a bunch of flying creatures attacking everything. It was terrible scene.

"We have to go," Mum said worriedly and she grabbed two cloaks and handed me one. "Pack for him," she told my dad.

"Where are we going?" I asked as mum put on her cloak.

"Getting out of here."

"Oh so there's a shelter?"

"No, we're getting you out of Wonderland. Now wear your cloak."

"I don't want to leave."

"My son," my mum grasped my hands and pointed at the woman outside the window. "That is the Wicked Witch of the West. She destroys everything. She wants to get revenge, revenge on the Hatters. She killed your sister, and now she's here for you."

Alice's POV

We ran, rushing out of the Fantasy Woods, to Cutlery Lane. A terrible cackle was behind us.

"Get them!"

I ran faster, holding Alistar by me. My dear husband ran behind us. But no matter how fast we ran, the witch and her henchmen were always close.

"I'll fight them off for a while," Hatter cried. "You take him up there."

"But..."

"Just GO!"

So I turned away to face the door to the Real World, glancing back for a moment, to see Hatter take out his gleaming blade and fighting the flying monkeys.

We continued, running across Time Square and up the steps of the door. We entered, arriving at the room where Alistar stepped too down the rabbit hole.

"Hold tight," I told my son and he obeyed.

I stepped on a time with the picture of a clock. A gust of wind rushed past us and at once we knew we were going up the rabbit hole. Alistar kept his eyes shut, holding on to me for dear life. I closed my eyes as well.

Then we hit something.

I tasted grass.

We were back.

Okay, so hey. I'm not dead.
It's not that I have writer's block or lost interest in Wonderland but... I've been working a lot on my other stories lately and... ignored this.

So, sorry.

Well, but good news. Those who don't know yet, there is this new book I've been updating on Wattpad called 'Suzie's Adventures in Wonderland'. I finished it already in my personal copy, but I post chapters every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It's mostly like a... not really sequel, but it's related to this story and you'll get a hint or two to what happened to Alistar after he returned to the Real World so... yeah. Check if interested.

Also, my original MCMILLER is coming to an end so just to promote, I'll be writing a sequel for it as well, called DITZERLLI.

Okay, I think it's enough. Bye till next update. I will try to work on this story not often.
