(Sam's POV)
We were off! We were in out plane and off to Halifax! Robert and the crew were on a separate flight from us, which didn't bother us at all. Kurt and I liked to spend time together since after our marriages we really only would do work related stuff together. Its nice to just sit down and talk to your best friend.... Kurt told me about a video he did with his mom, he showed me the video from his laptop. I started to tear up it. It was such a heart touching video. It was fairly quick plane ride. We got to Halifax in no time. The city was gorgeous!! Kurt and I took some time to walk around the city before getting to our hotel and I was stunned! Robert and the crew arrived an hour after we settled in our hotel. We all drove to the stadium where were gonna perform. It was a sold out show! We got in our clothing that we were gonna perform in, we got some hair and makeup done. We did a sound check. Then Robert went out and bought us some McDonalds so we could eat. We rehearsed the show and at around 5pm the VIP ticket people started to show. We sang "The Cup Song" as that was the song we chose go be our VIP song. Then as we were meeting the fans two girls came up to Kurt and I. They had the most happy expression on there faces and they looked very nervous.
"Hi!!!" I said all enthusiastically and then gave them both a hug
"Oh my god its Sam Evan and Kurt James Williams!" One said, she was crying of happiness
The other girl was too! They both gave Kurt some hugs as well!
"What's you name?" I asked them
"I'm Anna!" Said the pretty tall one
"I have the same name as your adoptive daughter Melissa!" Said the other a little shorter girl with glasses
"We are hug fans of you guys!" Said Anna "We love you stuff!"
"Aw! Thank you so much!" I say
"Are you guys from Halifax?" Asked Kurt
"No I'm from Toronto" said Anna
"And I'm from Chicago" added Melissa
"You do know we are going to visit both of those places on this tour? Right" I said
"We do, but we wanted to be there for your first ever show in the tour!" Said Melissa "So we flew all the way here! But we also bought tickets to see you guys in our home towns!"
"That's amazing! That means we will see you guys again!" Kurt exclaimed
"Yes!" Both of the girls said
"You guys inspire us everyday! Like you inspired me to come out!" Said Anna
"And you inspired us to write our own books! And even books together!" Melissa added
"You guys motivate us to become better people!" They both said
"But most of all, you have the biggest hearts in the world!" They said together
"Thank you so much Anna and Melissa! We loved meeting you! We'll see you guys in Chicago and Toronto!" I said
Then Kurt and I gave them some hugs and they were off. It was so nice to meet some fans from different parts off the world. Even thought Anna was from Toronto and Melissa was from Chicago. No matter the distance, we are all one big family.
