Heaven, Reality And Everything In Between

(Sam's POV)

I'm falling... From a my hotel window, to my death... Goodbye cruel world, I'll miss you and your beauty, but I've got to go. I couldn't take all this stiff that was going on in my life, so I took the easy way out.

Its ok... Life will be better in heaven... I hope.

As I fall my life flashes before me, from the day I was born, to meeting Kurt, falling in love with Kathryn,  Prison, marriage, having kids, touring, changing...

All the people I love flash before me

Kathryn....
Kurt...
Alisha...
My children Scott... Eric... Jay...
Levi...
Joel...
Madilyn...
Kirstin...
And many others

As I fall the ground gets closer and closer and at one point I stop falling and a sudden pain is felt, but in moments it goes away.

I'm standing in a white rob looking thing... I see a white light flash before me. It's a shining light... Wait is it even a light? I can't describe it...

Out in the distance I see a figure... It looks like a person, I slowly begin to walk towards it. As I get closer the figure becomes more clear.

The person is wearing a white robe, the same as mine, is that god? No... Id it an angel? It really does look like one... Wait a minute... It can't be

That face was the most familiar thing I've ever seen... This person was a woman... Its.. Its...

"Hello my son" she said

"MOM!" I scream

I start sprinting towards her, as soon as I get right up to her face a grab her tight and give her a hug.

"Mom, I missed you more then anything" I say while beginning to cry

I hold her tight

"There, there Sam..." She says "Everything is going to be OK now"

"Mom I'm lost, help me find my way" I say to her

"Sam... You're not lost, you just think you are. You are special, you have the ability to do things they others can not. You possess kindness, courage, strength, talent, perseverance and much more within one soul!

I started to cry harder

"Mom, I've lost all my support and all my friends..." Is say to her "I'm not the person who I used to be..."

"Sam you're exactly who you were" She said to me "What about these people aren't they your friends or at least people who care for you?"

"What?" I say while wiping away a tear

I turn around to see four people... All who I've never thought I would see again..

Mitch...

Jay...

Melissa's mom...

Melissa's dad...

There standing in a circle around my mom and I and they look all happy.

"All these people, have been watching you and guiding you" she said

I turn around and look back at my mom

"All these people are thank you, for helping them."

"How?" I ask her

"You took in Melissa, you gave Mitch as second chance, you didn't give up looking for Mitch's murderer even after Jay did." She explained

I look down at the white puffy floor

"They cared for you, because you cared for them" she said

There was a moment of silence.

"I want you to go back there Sam" my mom insisted

"Back where?" I asked

"Back to reality, the real world! Earth!" She replied

"Mom... I'm dead.. My lifeless body is going to get buried in couple days and I'm going to be forgotten in no time" I explain to her

"There you are wrong my son" she begins "No one will ever forget who you were"

I turn back around and look at the four people standing surrounding me and my mom

"I can give you one chance to fix this. I can send you back to the beginning where I was still a walking, breathing human, when you were just born but Kurt won't exist. Or I can give you lifeless body life once more in the distant future, but in return you must sacrifice one loved one. The choice is yours" she explained

I can't fix this... What do I want... I can go back and be with my mom on earth again from the beginning of my life, but never meet Kurt.... Or get life back to my current body in the future, in return I have to sacrifice a loved one... This choice is very hard... I think long and hard about what to choose.

After thinking for a while I look and at my mom

"I know what I want" I say

"Do you?" She asks

I nod

"Take me to the future" I insist "please"

"As you wish" said my mom then she began to drift away and turn into a sort of sparkling dust

"MOM!" I scream "DON'T LEAVE ME"

I grab onto the remaining part of my mom and hold her for a hug, but it was to late by the time I grabbed her she was gone, just some dust in the air.. So were the others.

"I'm not leaving you, I live within you Sam" says a voice

I look around but I don't see anyone who would own the voice...

Then five spirals of the sparkling dust that my mom and the others turned into, fly through my chest and into my now warm heart.

My entire chest lit up with this golden light, it lifted me up and spun me around and as I felt to ever so more dizzy the spinning got faster and faster! It felt like it was never gonna end!! I shut my eyes closed. But all of the sudden the spinning stopped... I open my eyes and see nothing its pitch black. I seem to be in a lying down position. I try to move but their are wooden borders around me. That's when I realized that I was six feet under and in a coffin.
