Flight Back

(Kurt's POV)

"Do you have to go?!" Levi asked me for the millionth time

I chuckle "I'll be back before you know it"

I was at the front door about to get an uber to the airport. I kissed my wife and left to where I was to meet my driver, I found him and got inside his car.

"Hey man! I'm Casey!" He said to me

He had brown curly hair and a bright smile

"Oh hey! I'm Kurt" I say.

"Cool, Kurt" he said " I know who you are, I'm a really big fan"

"Thanks man!" I say

Casey had the car radio on so we listened to some music. All of the sudden a cover Sam and I did came on the radio...

"Wait this is your cover! Dude that's do awesome!" Casey said to me

I smile "ya, thanks" I laughed a little at the fact that my cover was on the radio. After that we sat in silence, Casey dropped me off at the airport and drove away. I got inside the airport checked in and waited for my flight. Surprisingly not a ton fans can up to me... Probably cause I was wear shades and I wasn't recognizable. Which to be honest was kind of nice for once.

"Flight 154! Toronto, Seattle!"

Said the loud speakers

I got up and went to go board my plane. I got on, found my seat and got ready for an approximate three hour flight. The plane was pretty empty... Like there was no one sitting next to me, on either sides. In fact there was no one on the plane except me...

"What the-" I get cut of

"Enjoying the quiet Mr. Williams?" Asked a flight attendant

"Where is everyone else?" I asked

"We thought you would like a private ride to Seattle so we canceled everyone else's flights and re scheduled then for tomorrow." She said

"You can do that?" I asked

The girl chuckled

"We can do anything Mr. Williams" sh answered

I start gentle nodding

"Cool... Um thanks I guess" I say

The flight attendant smiled and walked away

The flight was fairly short and I was listening to music for most of it so it was fun I guess?

The scariest part was I had to see Sam again.. Now seeing Sam was always a really fun time and I would miss Sam a lot when I would leave... But I felt like I was seeing a stranger I've never met before. My plane landed and my heart started to pump faster and faster. Sam was picking me up... I went through security, I was welcomed to Seattle by some travel guides and then I was in the arrival zone. I scanned the room for Sam... He wasn't there... Wait did he forget? I was about to text him

"Hey! Kurt! Hurry up" someone said

I scanned the crowd again to find a purpled hair guy waving at me. I squinted, wait is that Sam?! I walked closer and sure enough it was him... But I was in shock... He didn't look like Sam at all... He had purple hair with blonde streaks, he had a lip piercing, nose ring, eyebrow piercing, pierced ears and a ear bar. I was staring at him

"It's rude to stare you know" he said

"What the hell happened to you?!" I asked with shock "I was gone for one week! And this happened"

"Kurt this is who I am except it" he said

"This is not you Sam! Your know better!" I said starting to raise my tone

I then realized that we were still at the airport. I looked around let's go. I stormed out of the airport and Sam followed me, being so upset I drove and I didn't talk to Sam. Seriously I leave him alone for a week and this happens?! We got back to the hotel and I went full out on Sam

"WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO?!" I scream "YOUR NOT THE SAM I KNEW AND CALLED MY BROTHER, YOUR A STRANGER. I WANT THE REAL SAM! THE ONE WITH A LOVING WIFE, THREE CHILDREN THAT ADORE HIM, FAMILY FRIENDS THAT SUPPORT HIM AS IF THEY WERE HIS FAMILY. I WANT THE REAL SAM DANIEL EVANS BACK. I WANT MY BROTHER BACK.

"Kurt you don't understand! This is the real me! I only realized that now! And if you can except me like this... Then I don't think we should be friends anymore..." Sam said

I stared at him with complete shock. Did he just say he doesn't wanna be friends anymore... The guy I knew for over 30 years doesn't wanna know me anymore...

"Kurt.." Sam said

I looked at him

"Get out of my life" he continued

I was about to cry and it Sam wasn't helping... I felt my heart crack and my soul was feeling the sharp pain.

"We have to finish this tour Sam..." I said "We're not even thought the first month..."

"Just try to stay away from me" he said

"I-" Sam cut me off

"Leave. Now." He said

I sighed

Sam pointed to the door

I turned around got my suitcase and left the room. Sam slammed the door. I walked over to Roberts room. I knocked on his door explain the story and he let me stay with him...

But all I know is that its gonna be a long and winding road.. And I don't wanna walk it alone...
