(Kurt's POV)

So my visit back home wasnt complete yet... I still needed to see someone... While I was scrolling through my phone I found a picture of Mel, Avi and I. Wait I havent seen either of them while I was in Toronto! I got up and left my house to go visit them. When I got to there house Mel was outside playing with Samantha and Mae. I got out of my car and walked towards them. Melissa noticed my shadow and looked up. When she finally recognized my face she jumped up and ran to give me a hug

"Kurt!" She yelled

She forced herself into my arms for a hug

"Hey there Mel!" I said

"She pulled away from the hug and asked

"Where is Sam?"

"He was busy so he couldn't fly back with me" I lied

"Oh.. Well tell him I said hi!" She told me

I nod

"How long have you been here already?" She asked

"Bout a week, I'm flying back tomorrow" I answer

"You've been here for a week and no body told me?!" She yelled

I chuckle "chill there!"

"Kurt I have something to tell you!" Melissa said

"What is it?" I asked

"Avi and I are expanding our family" she said then looked down at her stomach

Wait a minute...

"Wait.. Are you pregnant?" I asked

She smiles and nods

"Oh my god Melissa! I'm so happy for you and Avi!" I yelled with happiness

"Thanks Kurt" Mel says with a smirk "but we have a problem..."

"What is it?" I asked

"Avi got an invitation to join a label in L.A... But we don't wanna leave you guys..." She told me

I though about it...

"Interesting" I said " You know what! I have a solution! Its gonna take time and I'm not going to tell you what it is! Your just gonna have to trust me, OK?"

"Um.. Ok" Melissa said half unsure "I trust you"

I nod and smile

"Uncwle Kuwt!" Said Melissa's oldest daughter Samantha

I move aside to look at her

"Hey there Sammy!" I say to her with my kiddish voice

I picked her up, everyone's kids seem to call me "Uncle Kurt" I've gotten used to it. But I miss being called that while I'm on tour...

"Uncwle Kuwt! I miwsed you!" Sammy said

"Aww I missed you too" I said while touching her nose with my finger

Melissa laughed

"So how's Sam?" She asked

This topic again....

"Umm... He is umm.. Doing great!" I lied

"Kurt your a really bad liar" she told me "spill the tea"

"Sam's been acting strange lately, I don't know what to do" I told her

"I hope he doesn't turn into someone he's not..." She said

"I do to" I replied

I put Sammy down and checked mg phone I needed to get home for dinner

"Well it was nice talking to you Mel, send a pic of him when he's born" I say while pointing at her stomach "and I'll see you again in a while"

We gave each other a hug

"Bye Kurt, Keep Sam.... The way he always was" she said

"I'll try" I said "Bye Sammy! bye Mae!"

"BYE!" screamed Samantha

Mae who couldn't talk just waved

I waved at both of them and said "Bye"

I drove home without the radio on, I felt a tear rum down my face. Why can't Sam just take it easy on me and act normal?! How come every single time someone asks about Sam I have to lie to avoid talking about it?! I hate lying to others! At this point I was crying. I couldn't walk into my house looking like this... I stopped at a gas station and wiped the tears away. Then I drove home, when I got to my house my kids greeted me.

"Daddy!" They screamed

"Hey there" I hugged them

"Kurt dinner is gonna be ready if 20 mins!" Alisha yelled from he kitchen

"K!" I yelled back

I went my bedroom took a shower and changed, I went downstairs had dinner with my family and then locked myself in my studio and arranged some music, it was just a quick mash up no singing was involved. It was a quick arrangement only took like two hours to make. I uploaded it and then decided to go to bed early since my flight was at 11pm tommorow. I was packing my bags, already sitting in my PJ's.

"Dad" I hear someone say

I turn around and see Levi standing there

"You should be sleeping, but I won't tell mommy that your up" I said

"Dad... Does uncle Sam still care for us..." He asked

I was shocked how could he think of such a question

"Of course he does" I lied

"Then why didn't he come to my birthday party, he promises to come" Levi insisted

"He was busy" I lied again

"Dad... Take me with you.. Please" he said

"Levi... I can't.. There is no one to take of you, Sam and I are really busy on tour days" I said

That put a frown on his face

"Hey bud its OK, I promise to fly you out to a show! And then we can hang out for the week!" I said

"Promise?" Levi stuck out his pinky

I linked my pinky with his "Promise"

Levi jumped on me and gave me a hug

"I love you dad" he said

"I love you too little bud" I told him

I was going to miss my kids a lot. I was gonna miss there smiles, laughter, hugs, kisses, faces...

"Ok go to bed now, cause mommy's coming!" I told him

He ran of to bed, I finished packing and went to bed myself
