Maggie POV
I walked across the street keeping my head down and my hands in my pockets in order to escape as many knowing looks as possible. Without Glenn I am falling apart no matter how much I try to deny it, it is always there.

He was my rock, my home, my family. He is the reason why I am even here right now and why Corey and Brier are even here. I still remember how torn up I was when Logan died and how he was there, keeping me from just ending all of the pain. The only thing that he told me that flipped the switch was "If you do it you aren't ending the pain because you'll only be passing it on to us."

I looked up and knocked on the door and waited for a moment before someone opened it,"Hey Maggie umm would you like to come in for a moment?"

I nodded and gave him a small smile before stepping inside when he stepped aside,"I can wait here while you do what you need to do."

He nodded and sprinted down the hallway. I took the opourtunity to take a few glances around just seeing what I am getting myself into. I carefully listened for a moment just seeing if Aaron was coming back anytime soon before adventuring around the small home.

As I was looking through the book shelf I heard a small voice,"Mommy?"

I furrowed my eyebrows before turning around to see a small boy standing there that looked to be around five or six. I was speechless until he ran to me and hugged my stomach crying,"I never thought that you would come back to me."

I gently patted his head and just then Aaron appeared at the doorway and ran over,"Maggie I'm sorry I thought that he would have been asleep or Eric would have had him."

He took the boy away and ran him down the hall while he was screaming. This was all too much for me. His screaming is similar to when my baby boy was screaming for me as Colin took him away.

The room was starting to spin and I had to quickly sit down. I was reaching for something anything to keep me from falling. I fell on the couch and put my face in my hands and tried to control my breathing to the best of my abilities.

"Hey Maggie I'm so- Are you okay?" I shook my head and felt the couch dip down beside me.

"Yeah I'm okay. Lets just umm go and see Deana. Its been a long night for me." I replied and wiped my eyes before standing up and wiping my hands on my jeans.

He nodded before leading me outside and down the street to Deanna's house. As we approached the large building I decided to talk to Aaron,"I'm sorry about intruding earlier. If I would have known I-"

He smiled,"Its okay and I'm sorry about him calling you his mother. Its just she died and asked me to watch over him so I did."

I softly smiled,"So you and his mother?"

He shook his head,"No, she was my baby sister. He didn't have anybody else so I stepped in just thought that it was the right thing to do."

I nodded and softly smiled,"How old was he? If you don't mind me asking?"

I watched as he looked down and sighed,"He was four when it happened and now he is around six. It had been hard on him, on both of us when I got him. He was just a child and I didn't know what else to tell him about his mom so I told him that she had to go away for a while until she was better. That makes me awful right?"

I shook my head,"You'll tell him when you know the time is right. I know that's what I'll have to do for Glenn and I's kids. I don't think that he's coming back and I don't know what to do."

I looked over at him,"They will come back. You just wait and see Maggie."

I smiled and looked up as we stood on the porch of Deanna's house. "Thank you again for walking me Aaron but I should be fine on my own for now."
