Here is chapter 13.
It will be an interesting one, I'll tell you that much. 😆

"Branch?" Poppy asked Branch as he started to walk out of the room. "Where are you going?"

"Just to get a snack. Why?"

"We need to talk, Branch."

"Um.....okay." he sat down next to Poppy. "What's up?"

"Why are you doing this to me?"

"Doing what?"

"This-this whole plan with Creek!" Poppy sniffed.

"What are you talking about, Poppy?"

"You know exactly what I'm talking about, Branch!! You and Creek have set up a plan to kill me!!"

"Poppy? Are you alright? What are you talking about?" Branch asked, and started to pet her face.

Poppy slapped his hand away. "Don't touch me."

"Poppy. Who told you this."

"Creek did."

Branch chuckled. "Poppy, why do you believe Creek? He's a big, fat total liar!!"

"Yeah, Branch, and apparently, SK are you," she mumbled, and ran out the door.

The only other sound he heard from her were the sounds of her far away whimpers of her cries.

Branch groaned.
