"I THOUGHT I MIGHT FIND YOU HERE." Said Griffin, who found his twin sister perched up on a tree branch, away from everyone. She offered him a somewhat smile in response. "How?"

"You've always been a tree climber — especially when you're upset. That and I followed the trail of dead walkers you left behind." He replied, looking up at her as she shook her head.

"I'm not upset." She lied, taking a swig of bottled moonshine.

Griffin watched as she swallowed the alcoholic beverage ; she never had been very good at dealing with emotions — she didn't like them. She liked being numb. "Ophelia, where did you find that?" He asked with a heavy sigh.

"I found it a while ago. Back at the high way. I was saving it for the right time — now seems just about the perfect time to put it to good use." She shrugged.

Griffin didn't know what else to say to her without her ripping his head off, so he just asked her softly, "do you mind if I come up and join you?"

"It's a free country." She replied, and then Griffin decided to join her. He clung onto two branches and then jumped up so that he could climb the tree. When he reached a branch that was practically next to his sisters, he perched himself on it and sighed.

"You're gonna get shit faced drunk on that, you know. Are you sure you're not upset? You know, not trying to forget about a certain someone. (Sophia.)" Griffin asked her again, raising his eye brows.

"That's the point." She said with a sigh, before insisting, "I'm fine, Griff. I'm just over tired, honestly."

Griffin could tell that she was lying. She didn't drink often. Only when she was upset or angry. But, he didn't want to push her too much, so he kept his lips shut and stayed silent.

"How is everyone, anyways?" Ophelia asked him, her legs dangling over the side of the swinging branch.

"Daryl's not doing too good. He's set up his tent away from everyone —"

"Why doesn't that surprise me?" She smiled, smally.

"Hershel's gone missing. Rick and Glenn went out looking for him this morning. Lori's pretty worried, I think she's gonna go out looking for them soon. I can't blame her — if it was Andrea I'd be the same." He explained, leaning his head tiredly against the tree bark. "Carols obviously upset. She's been moping around. But, I can't say I blame her either. Carl is pretty angry about it though. He's not doing so good."
