Chapter 2 ~ Mystic Grill

                                                                            Rosie POV

As I ran I could feel myself growing older and smarter I should look eighteen. I fond a car dealership and went inside and almost immediately a lady was infront of me asking," How may I help you?" I ignore her question "You will buy me a 'Flex'" I compel. "I will buy you a 'Flex'' the lady repeats and  gets me a Flex with 1,000 dollars just for me in it.

Driving my new car, I think of where to go. Maybe New York, no to crowded. Ummm, somewhere near New York then. Virginia, perfect! But where in Virginia?Grrrrrrrrr, I think harder. I want to be in a small town like Forks. Mystic Falls. Perfect.

By the time I see the Mystic Falls sign it is around 8:00. I drive around looking for a place to eat. I see a place called Mystic Grill, it looks decent. I pull in and park it in front of the place. I lock it and walk in and see only a few people here. I sit at a table booth and a blond boy comes up to me" What would you like to order" he asks. I smile and say," A water and a cheese burger with fries,please" I smile.

"Sure thing" He smiles back and walks away. I take out my I phone my dad got me a few days ago. I had a hundred texts and calls from eveyone including Jake. I delete all the missed calls and read the texts.

'Please, come back Rosie. We are worried' - Jake.

' Rosie please I am begging you come home! We can protect you!' - Alice.

' Rosie, please your parents need you and so does Nessie' - Carlisle.

'Rosie please, we love you no matter what. Just please come home,please'- Dad.

I can't stand it, I delete all the messages. I put my phone on the table and sighed.

" Here your food and water" He puts my food and water on the table. I look down and see the largest amount of food in my life. I look at his name tag and it read Matt. " Hey Matt would you want to share this large amount of food with me?" I smile up at him. He smile back "I guess so" he sits right in front of me. " So whats your name?"

"Rosie" I take a fry and plop it into my mouth." So tell me about yourself?" he asks.

" Um,lets see I am eighteen and I just moved here from Forks. My moms name is Bella and my Dad, oh my Dads name is Edward" He starts to laugh and I do to

" I mean really I get that he was born in like 1980 but really Edward? And my little sister oh my it is Renesmee, and we call her call her Nessie. And I got a normal name and I am so grateful about it I mean really grateful. Okay so I was named after my Aunt Rosalie. And my other family is uncles and aunts and grandpas and grandmas. Well, I was really close too my sister. Once it snowed we would go into a large meadow and catch snowflakes. I mean and me and her always played the piano together and if she wasn't home I would play with my father. I guess that sums it up. So what about you?" 

Before he could anything a man with black hair and blue eyes asks" Is this young man bothering you?" I can tell he is a vampire. I look up at him "No he isn't sir but you are. So why don't you go back over to the bar and drink your sorrows away, Mister" I say sweetly he growls and walks away. I look and see Matt laughing and I say, " Sorry he just ruined a good conversation so I had to sass at him" He laughs harder and I laugh to.

We got to our last french fry." I call it" we said at the same time we stared at another causing a stare off.

In about 5 seconds he blinks." Yes!" I say taking the last fry and plopped it in my mouth. He chuckles and says "Thank you"

"Your Welcome. Why don't we exchange numbers " he smiles "Sure"

Once we exchanged our numbers, he walked me to my car and asked "Are you going to the High school?" I smile "Maybe, bye Matt"

"Bye" he says then walks back inside. I sigh opening my car door driving to a Motel. Then, I see the man with black hair " What are you?"
