"Go fuck yourself." Sam growled without hesitation. Melanie could see the muscles in his back flexing as he clenched his fists at his sides. Sam's eyes were wide and his lip was pulled back in a sneer. Something told her that he didn't like the idea so much.

Wylde-or Elias, unfocused his eyes from Melanie and he looked at his uncle, his smile never wavering from the cheeky grin that looked so much like Wylde's but was so much more malicious.

"Excuse me, but I don't think I was talking to you." Elias sneered, not flinching as he gave Sam a sinister look. After a little while, his eyes slowly made their way back to Melanie and locked on her, making her bones rattle inside her shell and her knees knock together in fear. "I believe there's a question on the table-"

"Melanie, don't do it." Sam said, looking back at her over his shoulder. We can get Wylde back, trust me. Melanie was startled at the sound of Sam's voice inside her head, but she didn't look at him, she just ignored it, and continued to watch Wylde's body that held a demon inside.

She felt a tingling sensation travel up her finger tips, through her arm and to her core, all igniting sparks that flickered and pulsed inside her. It laced around her ligaments, beat along side of her heart and fluttered with the butterflies in her stomach.

She licked her dry lips, then she calmly said: "Where are you taking me?" Elias' face lit up noticeably and he smiled, crossing his arms. Melanie then added. "If I go."

"If?" He narrowed his eyes a little, but his expression still remained. "Wylde's life is on the line; isn't that enough for you?"

"No." Melanie snapped coldly, but she lied. Wylde's life on the line was enough for her - but she wasn't going to admit it to him. And even if she did agree to go with him, Sam wouldn't let her.

She wasn't sure she wanted to actually go with him, but when Elias stared at her through Wylde's eyes, she wanted to push her dad aside and leap into his awaiting arms - but she held her ground.

"Where do you plan on taking me." Melanie demanded again, stepping past Sam who tried to stop her with an outstretched hand, but she ignored him and stood in front of Elias, eyes narrowing.

"Into the Underworld." He said with firm eyes that looked identical to Wylde's but were much, much colder.

"And if I don't go with you, what do you plan on doing with Wylde?" Elias was quiet for a long moment and he stepped a little closer, his chest nearly bumping into hers in the process. Melanie sucked in a sharp breath, but she kept her feet anchored on the ground as he dipped his head, looking her in the eyes.

"Who knows, I may torture him, drive him to madness or even slowly kill him," A sick smile twisted his lips. "The possibilities are endless."

"You're sick." Melanie leered. "Let him go!" She shrieked, lashing out at him with her fingers outstretched, resembling talons. Elias caught her claw-like hands in mid swipe and pulled her closer, spitting in her face as he spoke.

"Only if you hand yourself over, cousin." He said, laughing coldly. He let her go and she stepped back, throwing him the most threatening glare she could manage. He smoothed out his hair and smiled sweetly. "I'll give you a couple days to decide - but, until then, don't try anything." He nodded toward Sam. "It was nice to finally meet you, Uncle Sammis." He then looked back at Melanie. "I hope to see you again soon, love." Then he turned and begun to walk out of the bedroom.

Just like that.

He was going to leave.

Melanie's mind snapped into action as if she were slapped across the face with a cold hand of electricity, and she lunged forward, grabbing him by the arm of his leather jacket and pulling him back. He looked back at her, shocked.
