Best Enemies

The sudden flicker of light triggers my eyes to open immediately. Is Shay back? Strong hands pull me off of the ground and I wince at the bursting sting that pierces through my body like fire. Before I know it I am face to face to Felix with Peter lurking in the shadows. I see a pair of feet from around the corner and I peer around. 

Shay is lying with her eyes open on the ground, she looks knocked out. I push Felix and Peter back towards the door signifying that we are in a hurry. We walk down the hospital corridor and they fill me in from what has happened. 

Apparently they saw Shay crouched over my body, stroking my hair with a mobile in her hand.

"She was talking to someone called Naomi or someone" said Peter. 

Anyway, the discussion went on and Shay kept saying that she had got the prize, the one, the only one. On and on, as if she was being controlled. Her voice was monotone and there were tears streaming down her cheeks. We continue to walk towards an elevator and Felix presses a few buttons and the elevator doors open. 

Felix told me that they went to Hanna's room after I was kidnapped.  They entered the room only to find an empty bed, an open window and a little fish in a huge aquarium. They knew at once that Hanna was gone and they immediately went to collect me, giving up on finding more help. The elevator arrives at the hospital reception and we march out the doors to the carpark. 

There was several ambulances arriving at the ER and there is barely any carparks left. We see a small boy walk past with a scar on his neck. It looks like he has attempted to claw his eyes out or rip his skin off. 

We turn as he walks past and I point out some shoes lying at the bottom of the hospital. Felix rushes towards them. 

"These are Nutmeg's shoes!" He exclaims excitedly. Before he could pick them up a face comes out of nowhere. Just as panic-stricken as we are Hanna is standing in front of us, holding the shoes.

I have a few chapters planned and I think you will enjoy them.  

I have decided to change "Virot" to "Alcor" because it was REALLY annoying me, so if you are confused yeah...
