Okay before we get going I just want to warn you all that this will be the last official chapter of Best Enemies!!!! There may be an epilogue coming but that could still be a while away.  Now I don't want to stop you guys from reading this chapter.  Hey, it's kind of like starting all over again, take it away Hanna <3

The radio presenter is an over excited old guy with abalding spot right at the front of his head. It looks like he is trying to be cool, wearing skinny jeans, red vans and a purple V neck t-shirt with a hole in one of the long sleeves. So the radio interview went something like this.

Radio presenter: Hello listeners this is Flame radio and I am here today with four of the bravest teenagers I have ever met, Hanna Scott, Rubi Kingsley, Felix Conrad and Peter Jones. Now I understand that Nutmeg Shire isn't with us today.

Felix: Yes that is right unfortunately Nutmeg did not fare as well as us, she sustained serious injuries and is immobilised in hospital.

RP: Yes that's very sad, anyways kids would you like to tell us what you five went through I hear th-

Rubi: There was six of us...

RP: Six...?

Rubi: Shay...

RP: The girl who died right?

Peter: Yeah...
A silence follows, broken by me.

Me: Okay so you want to know what we went through right.

And I started telling the story. From beginning to end. I include all the details about the camp, the fire, the fueling hatred that Rubi and I shared before all this happened. When I come to the part in the Nut factory, where Alcor's leader Naomi confronted us and where Shay burst in I fall silent. Peter takes my hand and takes over from where I left off. I barely hear the rest of the story, I just watch the presenter's facial expressions.

Before I know it, the 'On Air' sign is extinguished and we are shooed out of the room to clear space for a new pop band or something. A light drizzle has aroused from the clouds and low hanging fog covers the cold stone-flecked concrete. Rubi and the others dive for shelter under a nearby tree but I don't join them. After all we have been through, I don't want to run any more, even if it's from rain. Thinking back to where this all started, where I didn't have a worry in the world, that gloomy day where I looked out my rain stained window getting ready for a school camp. Now my life has turned upside down and inside out and I feel like everything has changed. However, of course not the weather, at least I have that. I turned my head up to the sky letting the rain splash across my eyelids. I take three long, deep breaths. Breathing in for seven counts, exhaling for fourteen. I immediately feel a wave of calm warms engulf me and bring me back to reality.

I feel someone take my hand and my eyes flutter open to Nutmeg's face. She smiles back at me with a knowing look and takes me in her arms.

"Hey Han, it's okay now, there is nothing to be afraid of." She says quietly as my tears start to fall and mix with the raindrops. Her voice is so tired, as if she had awoken from the dead. The others come over joining our hug and convincing me that it is all okay. I know it will be, one day, but for now the nightmares haunt me in the day and terrors come in the night. I pull away from Nutmeg and examine the bandages that wrap around her delicate wrists.
"How did they let you out?" I whisper softly
"They actually don't know..." The words come out reluctantly.
"Nutmeg! We need to get you back th-..." She interrupts me.
"Nah don't worry about it they won't know I'm gone. Anyways, I want to be with you right now." She moves a piece of orange hair out of her eyes pushing it over her forehead.
"C'mon, let's get out of here" We walk away from the building, now completely soaked from the pouring rain.
