Ugh. What even is this?!... wait.. why???

Common thoughts in my math class. I decided to take honors math this year and have regretted it since day one. I have no clue what's going on.

I need a tutor right now. I think to myself trying to right down what's on the blackboard.

After class I stay seated in my seat and continue to stare at the blackboard with a dazed, confused look. I jump when I feel someone tap me on the shoulder. I quickly look over and see Kim Namjoon standing next to me. He's super cute and reallllyyyy smart so of course I always feel dumb around him.

RM: "hey y/n, I noticed you struggling in class today and I was wondering if you needed help with the lesson?" He asks kindly.
Y/n: "oh hi. Yeah I've been pretty confused lately" I say shyly and scratch the back of my neck. He smiles sweetly and I can see his dimples.
RM: "would you like to meet after school?"
Y/n: "sounds great, thank you"

I walk out of the classroom and go to the next class.

All I can think about is how nervous I am about the tutoring. I always feel stupid but I know I'm going to feel way worse next to a cute, smart guy!!! Aahhhhh

Bell: ring ring ring

Oh no. It's time for the tutoring. I walk slowly to the math classroom and see Namjoon already sitting there. I walk in and smile at him, sitting down next to him.

RM: "so the lesson today was basically all about the formation of..." he trails off
Y/n: "is there something wrong?"
Rm: "oh.. no.. sorry I'm.. nothing"

He continues the lesson and explains everything simply and clearly. I finally understand and work on each problem with him until I fully get the subject. As we work he slowly gets closer to me, leaning closer and closer to my face while explaining the lesson.

I feel my breath shorten, getting more nervous the closer he gets. I try to ignore the pounding inside my chest and focus on the numbers. By the end of the lesson, my face is one inch from his. I glance over at him and see him looking at me.

Y/n: "thank you for th-" I'm stopped as Namjoon kisses me. My breath stops completely I feel sparks in my veins.
RM: "I hope I can tutor you again sometime"
