Jin

"You think you're special y/n?! Huh?" Yells Matt, the boy who always bullies me

I don't say anything and keep looking at the ground. They say that if you don't react that they'll go away but Matt has been doing this for years and I haven't said anything but he won't leave me alone.

Matt: "say something you idiot"
I say nothing and I don't move, wishing I was invisible
Matt: "so disrespectful y/n. Maybe I should teach you some manners"

He pushes me hard into the lockers and I hit my head against them hard. I feel dizzy and slide down to the ground. He pulls me back up and punches me in the face, making my nose bleed. I try to cover my face but he forces my arms down. I feel the tears welling up in my eyes and the smile on Matt's face growing. He pushes me to the ground. I see him winding up to kick me when suddenly I see someone sprint towards Matt and slam him to the ground.

I try to look to see who it was but I begin to black out. I fade into a sleep.

Hours later...

I slowly open my eyes and see myself in the empty history classroom. I feel something cool against my forehead. I look up and see Jin, the quiet, handsome boy in my grade. I had never talked to him before but I always saw him around school.

Y/n: "what... happened.."
Jin: "I'm sorry I didn't come sooner."
Y/n: "were you... the one that..-"
Jin: "yes. Has this happened before?"
Y/n: "all.. the time"

I feel Jin tense up. I sit up and look at him. I see his jaw clenched and an angry expression on his face.

Jin: "I could kill him for what he's done to you"
He gets up but I pull him back
Y/n: "no. Don't do anything. I'll tell the principal tomorrow."
Jin: "okay.. are you okay though?"
I look up at him
Y/n: "yes, thank you for taking care of me. You didn't need to"
Jin: "of course I did. I care about you y/n"
Y/n: "really?"
Jin: "really. I'm sorry it took me so long to say but I love you and I'll always be here to protect you"
