chapter 19

"i love you"

i look down at her. stunned by her words.

she gives me her signature bright smile.

her small dimples showing. 

i rub my index finger over them and she closes her eyes, leaning into my hand.

i find myself smiling at her.

i lean back and her small body falls on me.

i remove my hands from her face and move them down to the sides of her stomach.

her eyes widen, knowing what i'm going to do. 

"no. derek, don't" she shakes her head, pleading with her eyes.

i smirk at her.

"you're going to have to beg better than that baby"

she opens her mouth to say something, but instead of words it's screaming laughs.

i press my fingers into her sides again, wiggling my fingers. tickling her.

she squeals and squirms.

i laugh at her uncontrolable laughter.

her hands covering mine, trying to pull them away from her.

 

i turn us over so i'm hovering on top of her. 

i stop tickling her and she slowly stops laughing.

tears rolling down her cheeks, her cheeks a light pink from the cold.

we were laying on top of a blanket, outside.

on grass.

the night sky had fallen over us, stars twinkling.

her breathing calmed and she smiled.

her smile taking over her face.

 

i look into her eyes before i lean down and connect our lips.

she immediately snaked her arms around my neck and pullled me to her.

i wrap my arms around her, bringing her back up off the floor. our stomachs touching.

our lips move in sync.

i break apart our lips so she can breath but i don't stop kissing her. i train down her jawline and down her neck, stopping at her sweet spot.

she loudly moans as i suck on her sweet skin. 

i lightly graze my teeth over the soft red spot i made.

i stop myself. 

"do it" she moans. "i want you to"
