It was the next day and I was doing homework and baking at the same time. I'm tired and I want to sleep until next year. I had multiple orders today and it's just going to be a long day. One good thing is that once I deliver all the cupcakes, Cal will be taking me out. He told me I've been working so hard that I just needed a break and I happily agreed.

I smirk at the thought of what I was going to wear. I continue to bake and let my thoughts wander on what might happen in a few hours.

"It's $35," I hand the older lady her box of cupcakes as I read the number order in my little notebook. She hands me $40 and I was about to give her the change but she told me to keep them. I thank her with a grateful smile and leave the house.
I had passed by the bank to deposit all the money minus $40.. spending cash. I got home, sat in the car for about 20 minutes to go through my little notebook and orders and made sure I had everything done. I went inside my house and went up to my room to look for the outfit. I only needed to change since I had already showered before I left to deliver.
I changed into black jeans, black heels, band shirt that's slightly tucked in and a black leather jacket. I would usually wear vans or boots but I thought it would make my outfit just a bit sexier.
After I had changed, I had checked the time on my phone to see that it was 5 PM. I still had half an hour, I put on simple makeup and curled my hair. I checked myself out in the mirror and I looked pretty cute. I wonder where he's taking me tonight, but I know it'll be a lot of fun.

I got my purse and put everything I needed in it. I decided to get my laptop and sat on the couch as I wait. I was making a spread sheet for my business. The money I was paid, the money I use to pay for the ingredients and my profit. I also made a sheet for the sales that I already made and orders that I need to make in the future. I scrolled through my website to see that I had another large order for a party.
Order: Hey, Lupes, it's me. My mom asked if you could makes cupcakes for Ivan's birthday and I'd love to catch up with you sometime. - Simon
If you're wondering who Simon is, he's my ex. Along with the message, he gave me the order of cupcakes that his mom asked for. She was such a kind lady, we would bake together sometimes but she would say that my treats end up better. I responded that the cupcakes would be ready, but that I couldn't catch up... I mean I could but I just didn't want to.
The doorbell had run and I closed my laptop and put it on the living room bookshelf. I went over to the door and answered it. My smile grows as I see Calum standing in a black button down, black jeans and black boots.
"We're going to lose each other in the dark," I laugh as I joke about our outfits. He hands me bouquet of flowers, they weren't regular roses, this one had different flowers of colors that paired beautifully. "These are so pretty, thank you," I peck his lips.
"I'll always find you, no matter what," he presses his lips on mine and my stomach gets that tingly feeling of knowing that you're madly in love. I couldn't be in love.. could I? I mean I never really felt this way with Simon, sure, he made me feel happy but it was never like this. I couldn't see a future with him, but I could see one with Cal even though it's really only been a month.
"Adventure awaits," he takes my hand and I leave my home, excited to see what's in store. I wanted to tell him that I loved him, I wanted to scream it off a mountain. I just want everyone to know that I'm his and he's mine.
