Wednesday.Today the boys have an interview in a few hours with Ellen. I'd like to pat myself on the back since I was the one who booked it. Anyway, I was running around, making sure all the boys were dressed and ready to go.
"Irwin! Hood! Clifford! Hemmings!" I yell, standing in the living room. They all run in and stand in a straight line and their bodys' stiff as if they were lined up in a military.
"Yes, Lupe?" they spoke in unison. I looked at each one. Ashton was missing a shirt, Calum had his jeans down at his knees. Micheal had paint on his face and Luke had his hair all over the place.
"Ash," I grabbed his shirt from the couch and toss it to him. "Calbaby," I gave him a belt. "Mike," tossed a makeup wipe to him. "Luke," I walked over to him and fixed his stray hairs.
"Let's go children," I spoke before leaving the room and making our way to the elevator, to the lobby, and to the car that was waiting outside.
-
"The dressing room is right around the corner, we will call you when you guys need to come up," the security spoke once we checked in.
"Thank you," I nod with a small smile on my face. We walked to the dressing room, go in and fall on the couch.
"Okay, well just be yourselfs and have fun," I smile to the boys as I took off my blazer.
"Oo, showing shoulders now, aren't we?" Ash giggled and I rolled my eyes playfully.
"It's hot in here," I adjusted my halter top.
"They are ready for you," a head popped into the room. We all got up from the couch and made out way behind stage.
"Good luck, guys," I smile at them as Ellen announces the band and the boys run onto the stage.
"Welcome! 5 Seconds of Summer everyone!" the crowd cheered and I watched over the tv.
"Thank you for having us, Ellen," Ash giggled as they all hugged her.
-
They spoke about the band and the albums release date. They even played Ellen's game.
"Okay, Calum," she got serious for a second before smiling.
"Yes, Ellen," he laughed.
"Lupe, are you two officially together? We have all seen those cuddly pictures and we just want to make sure," she clasped her hands on her lap.
"Yeah, we are together, we've been together since before we even got signed," he blushed and so did I.
"Oh really? She's also the caterer and manager?"
"Yeah, she really understands us and we wouldn't choose anyone else," Mike speaks up and the boys nod in agreement. I give a little 'aww' to myself.
"Why don't we bring her out here," the crowd goes wild, a backstage worker leads me out to the stage. As I walked out on stage, the crowd claps louder and I even got some whistles, I waved at them shyly.
Once I made it over to the couch, there was nowhere to sit. So, I sat on Calum's lap with a blush on my face and one appearing on his.
"You guys are adorable," Ellen spoke and everyone agreed.
"I know," I giggled and pecked Cal's cheek.
"So, Lupe, how does it feel to be stuck on a bus with 5 guys."
"Hey, Jimmy isn't bad," I laughed and the boys commented with a 'hey!'. "They actually aren't that bad," I shrug.
"How's your job? You must always be running all over the place."
"Yeah, I do, but it's nothing I can't manage. I mean I've always been running around when I was younger so I'm used to it." Calum's arms wrapped around my waist cause he knew why I was always running around.
"Do you have any days off?"
"Technically, yes I do, but on those days I'm focused on my school work since I am doing classes online."
"Do the boys nag you? I mean I can get you some duct tape so you can slap it on their mouths," she shrugged like nothing and I laughed so hard.
"Yes please, but no not really, their off day consist of FIFA. They don't listen to me unless I meantion food," I laughed and the boys groaned. "Shut up, you know it's true."
"How about we play a game. You guys aware of 2 truths and 1 lie?"
There was a chorus of 'yes's'.
"For those of you who don't know, a person has to say 2 truths and 1 lie, then someone has to guess the lie," she spoke, mainly to the audience.
"Ashton, how about you go first?"
"Okay, I have never gone skinny-dipping. Uh, once I never brushed my teeth for a whole week. I'm afraid of heights."
"Afraid of heights!" I shout and Ashton agrees. "I know, you had a nightmare once and I woke you up and you told me you had a dream of falling, that you were afraid of heights."
"Damnit, I knew that," Luke sighed.
"I have a better memory," I stuck my tongue out at him and he rolled his eyes playfully.
"Michael? You want to go next?"
"Yeah, sure," he sits there thinking. "Oh, I got one. I have a crush on Lupe." Cal's grip tighten on my waist and Michael wriggles his eyebrows at me playfully. "Uh, I wear batman underwear and I have a habit of smelling my arms."
"Is it smelling your arms?" Ellen questioned and Mickey shook his head no.
"Please, tell me it's that you have a crush on Lupe," Calum spoke.
"Of course I don't have a crush on her, I see her as a bossy little sister," he laughed and I rolled my eyes, playfully throw my middle finger at him.
"Luke, your turn."
"Let's see," he tapped his finger on his chin in thought. "I have an obsession with penguins, I was adopted, and I hate roller coasters." The band and I knew what the answer was, but did he really want everyone to know that he was adopted.
I remember one night, on the tour bus, we were all talking about random things and Luke shared that he was adopted. That he recently found out because he found some paperwork and he questioned Liz about it.
They proceeded to tell him that they adopted him as soon as he came out of his biological mother's womb. Liz fell in love with the baby boy and he immediately became hers. She couldn't have other babies after Jack so they chose to adopt.
"Is it that you were adopted?" Ellen's brows furrowed and Luke shook his head 'no' before answering.
"I'm adopted," he smiled sadly. "Uh," he choked up, "I found out a month before the tour," he nodded slowly. The boys and I hugged Luke, a small sob was heard. Once we pulled away, he wiped his tear that had fallen and cleared his throat.
"Well, I think that's all the time we got," Ellen patted Luke's knee softly and gave him a small smile. "Thank you to 5 Seconds of Summer and Lupe for coming out," we all got of the couch and hugged her.
"Thank you for having us," I smiled.
"Make sure to preorder their new album when it's announced," the crowd cheered, we waved before leaving the stage. Once we had left the building and made it into the car, we were all comforting Luke. I mean who knows how he must feel right now.
A/N: I'm back from the fucking dead bitches. I'm sorry, I just haven't been well recently and I'm so tired and I don't know what to do anymore
