Monday, 4 months later."I would like to welcome back all the students along with meeting the new students, let's have a great year," our principle spoke over the intercom. It was the first day of school, obviously. Over the summer, I spent time getting back to work with my website.
If I wasn't working, then I would be hanging out with my family or Andres. I would talk to the boys every once on a while, I would talk to Mikey more, we text constantly. I haven't talked to Calum at all, there's been rumors of him being with one night stands but the rest of the boys said it's not true. On the outside I don't care, but I know deep down it hurt.
A few people from school had recognized me and welcomed me back, along with some of my old teachers. I was currently at my locker after 3rd period had ended.
"Hey, Lupe, welcome back," I closed my locker to see Simon leaning on the locker next to mine.
"Thanks, Si," I smiled politely. Leaving my locker and walking to my next class, Simon seeming to follow.
"So, I'm kinda popular now in case you see me with a lot of girls," he smirked and I rolled my eyes.
"Good for you, Si, see you later," I tried walked away but he caught up to me and grabbed my wrist.
"I heard about what happened between you and Calcium," he spoke and I ripped my arm away.
"Oh, really? What did you hear," my eyebrows furrowed as I thought about what kind of lie he must have heard.
"That he cheated on you with Isabell and then Isabell jumped in front of a car because she felt guilty," I choked on my saliva.
"That's not what happened," I snapped and walked away hoping he wouldn't follow me.
"Then what did happen, baby doll."
"None of your goddamn business, Simon, leave me alone," I walked to class alone after that. The teacher passed out the syllabus for the year and spoke about topics that would be most important. All I could think about was how many people thought that that's what happened.

Once I was out of school, Luke called me. I had gotten on the public transportation and greeted the kind driver, then grabbing my headphones.
"Hey, Luke," I spoke into the microphone of the headphone.
"Hey, Lupe, what are you doing right now?" I heard things being moved around and the other boys shouting quietly in the background.
"I just got on the bus to go home, why? What's up?" I placed my bus fare card into my backpack and watched the cars pass.
"Okay, cool," he spoke distantly. "I said no, Calum!" I heard Luke whisper shout.
"Calum's there?" I sighed and looked down at my light blue nails that I had painted yesterday.
"Uh yeah, he came in right when I called and demanded to talk to you," he spoke softly. "How was your first day of school?" he spoke with a bit more chirp in his voice.
"It was fine, rumors were spread apparently," resting my head on my forehead as I thought about what Simon told me.
"What kind of rumors?" I heard Mikey shout along with a slamming of a door.
"Isabell and Calum fucked, Isabell killed herself because of the guilt," I rolled my eyes. I noticed that I was coming up to my street, I pulled the string to signal the driver that I would be getting off at the next stop.
"Wtf? Who the hell said that?" Ashton spoke up.
"Simon."
"He's stupid! He clearly doesn't know what happened!" I heard Calum's voice again while the boys grunt and thumps onto the floor.
"Yes, Calum, I know," I rolled my eyes. "The girl you were on top of looks nothing like Isabell and she died before you could cheat on me," I sneered and the room became quiet. I made it home and went inside to find the house empty.
"I'm sorry," Calum cried before hearing a door slam.
"I have to go, guys," I sighed and walked over to the kitchen, grabbing a bag of hot chips and starting to munch. We all said our goodbyes and hung up the phone. I went to my room, got my laptop and went back to the kitchen, sitting at the island.
As I was on my laptop I had gotten a phone call then I answered without looking at the ID.
"Hello?" I spoke politely.
"Hi, my name is Tiffany Robert. I was wondering if you knew Nick Jonas," she spoke in a sophisticated voice.
"Yes, I know of his existence," I laughed lightly of the memories of Camp Rock and the Jonas Brothers.
"Yes, well his birthday is in 2 weeks. He went to the 5 Seconds of Summer party and he loved your cupcakes and was hoping if you could do it for his birthday," I heard typing on the other end of the call.
"Really? I would love to."
"Great, we'll contact you later and give you the details," we said our goodbyes before hanging up.
"Well then," I smiled to myself and went back on my laptop where I was scrolling through my website. I had opened my website not too long ago and I noticed how the orders had piled up.
It made me think about buying a shop and selling from there. It would be easier and I can sell cupcakes at random along with orders. Of course, I'm only 17 but I can start saving and then I can look for a place.
Things are looking up for me, I can feel it.
A/N: hey guys, long time no type, short chap
