Third person
The two boys spent the night cuddling under a large tree and watching the stars. They couldn't imagine a more perfect night with each other.
Unfortunately the night ended just like it always did. They had to say goodbye once again. It made both of them sad, but there was always tomorrow.
Blake walked Leo home to spend more time with him. This was becoming a normal thing for them. It was just so they could have a bit more time together. Anything that worked really.
The two boys wished that they could spend the night with each other, but they couldn't. It was difficult to spend the day away from each other. They just missed each other too much to focus on anything else.
The two boys said their goodbyes and hugged each other for a few moments. Instead of a kiss on the cheek the two shared a sweet kiss. They were alone at the edge of the kingdom so no one would see.
The teenagers went their separate ways and headed back home. Leo went to the Candy kingdom and Blake went back to his treehouse. They both wished that they lived closer to each other. It would be easier to see each other. Then they wouldn't have to walk so far. Although distance wasn't the actual issue.
The real issue was the Candy kingdom's rules. Unfortunately Leo wasn't actually allowed to be in a relationship. He was in one, but he wasn't supposed to be. If his parents knew he wasn't exactly sure what would happen, but it most likely wouldn't be good.
Leo put his thoughts under lockdown while at home. He wouldn't risk losing the one he loved due to his thoughts. He would never forgive himself if that happened. Blake needed him and he needed Blake. They completed each other.
Leo went up to his room and laid in bed, falling asleep as soon as his head hit the pillow. The flame boy filled his dreams, making them happy. He couldn't wait to see him next, but for now he remained asleep.
Blake however couldn't fall asleep at all. He was feeling a bit stir crazy. He already missed Leo dearly. He wished that he could still be with him.
Unfortunately it wouldn't be that way for a couple years. They would just have to wait. There really wasn't anything else to do. But somehow they would make it work.
Blake sat down in his room and grabbed a notebook that he wrote in during most days. It was a way to pass time when he couldn't be with Leo. There were poems and drawings, many having to do with Leo.
The flame boy often wrote about his partner to pass the time. It made things easier to deal with when they weren't together. Writing made Blake happy, although no one was allowed to read what Blake wrote about his love. It was his secret hobby that only he knew about and he was going to keep it that way.
