I injured my finger but I'm still going to write because... well idk... let the story continue *wince*

At Jin's expressive question, Sae nearly dropped her phone on the ground but tightened her grip on it instead. After a couple moments of silence, she heard him say again: "Hello? Hello?...Sorry if it makes you uncomfortable...it was probably a stupid idea..." At that moment, Sae spoke again, her hands shaking. Summoning up her courage, she finally replied to the depressed boy on the other side.

"Sure," she said. The word seemed to flow out of her as easily as water flowing down a riverbank. Waiting for a few minutes, her muscles finally relaxed when she heard a sigh of relief from the other side of the phone. In an excited tone, the voice of Jin was heard again. This time, he asked, "So what time are you free?" In response to his question, Sae thought about her schedule and replied, "Sunday. 9:00 AM. You better not be late."

Jin laughed and said "Okay, okay, I won't. Anyway, see you Sunday, though I don't really want to wait another day to see you. Bye~." And with that, he ended the call. The next few moments were of confusion, shock, and just plain being weirded out. His way of speech was smooth and definitely invoked a warm feeling in Sae; especially the way he ended their call. Dumbfounded, she set her phone on the bed and stared off into space until Baek-Ah came in seconds later carrying blanket sheets.

Seeing Sae in her worn-out state, she set down the sheets on the couch and asked, "What happened while I was gone?" In desperation of a person to talk to, Sae made Baek-Ah sit down adjacent to her and spooled out all that had happened in the last 5-6 minutes. As Sae explained more and more, Baek-Ah's eyes became wider and wider until she was practically squealing.

Hyper, Baek-Ah tried to contain her excitement but couldn't.

"JINJA?! JIN-HYUNG ASKED YOU OU-!" she shouted. But before, she could finish the phrase, Sae covered her mouth and told her to keep her voice down. Baek-Ah slowly nodded before Sae uncovered her mouth and said it again, this time, calmly. The two were conversing when Min Hyuk finished her nightly regime and walked in. She, too, also was excited at the news. Together, the three of them spent the time planning out the date to perfection. As the time grew later, Baek-Ah and Sae did their nightly routines and then went on to talk more about Sae's date. When they had it all planned out, it was already 10 PM in the night. Thank goodness they had practice later in the morning tomorrow. They all got under their blankets and talked to one another about the plans until they peacefully fell asleep.

The next morning, the three were woken up by knocking. BamBam was at the door telling them to wake up. A muffled, "Baek-Ah yah! Wake up Sae-unni and Min-unni, it's time to eat breakfast!" Sleepily, Baek-Ah yawned and rubbed her eyes, walking like a zombie over to Sae and Min Hyuk; shaking them to wake them up. She then proceeded to walk out the door and down the hall with a change of clothes. Sae and Min Hyuk woke up minutes later, still in a daze. It seemed the three girls all had trouble waking up. After they had eaten breakfast, Sae and Min Hyuk packed up their stuff and Baek-Ah helped them get it into the company car. The three of them then hopped in the car and went to practice at JYP Company.

The day went by extremely quickly for the girls, all except Sae, who was still jittery over the date that she had unintentionally planned on Sunday. She had no idea where Jin was taking her to or what she was going to do but the members reassured her that she was going to be just fine. At the end of practice, Sae heard a "SH*T" coming from her bag, it was her message tone, unsurprisingly. She opened the phone to see it was a message from Jin saying:

"See you tomorrow. I promise I won't be late. :)"

Looking at the text, Sae almost stumbled again. The members, seeing her reaction quickly grabbed the phone out of her hands to look at the message. The two shook Sae in excitement, shouting at the top of their lungs "FIGHTING!" As Sae heard her members' supportive shouts, the only reaction she could give was her twitching mouth at a slight upward angle; a fake smile plastered on her face.

At home, Sae heaved a sigh as she climbed under her blankets. If she didn't shoot up into the ceiling, break her neck, and die, tomorrow was going to be one hella of an awkward day. Definitely.
