"Okay, can I have Lauren Cimorelli on stage?" The host of the karaoke show says. I walk nervously to the stage. "Good luck Lauren!" Chloe screams and she starts cheering.
Please shut your mouth Chloe! I feel a lot of people looking at me. Calm down Lauren... There are not that many people.. You've stand for bigger crowds..
"Which song are you going to sing?" The host asks me, and he shoves his microphone into my face. "Hey! That is Lauren Cimorelli from Cimorelli!" Someone screams from out of the crowd.
Oh no... The host brings his microphone back to his mouth. "Is that true Lauren?" He asks me. I nod my head shyly. "Well, which song are you going to sing?" He asks me.
"Uh... Impossible by Arthur James" I say into the microphone. This is really weird and awkward. A few people are looking at me other people are talking with eachother. I feel the glances of my friends on me but I try not to look at them.
The host walks of the stage and I'm still standing there with the microphone in my hand. Then I hear the music starts playing.
"I remember years ago. Someone told me I should take. Caution when it comes to love. I did" A few people starts looking at me. I try not to look into other people eyes.
"And you were strong and I was not. My illusion, my mistake. I was careless, I forgot I did"
"And now when all is done. There is nothing to say. You have gone and so effortlessly. You have won. You can go ahead tell them" More people starts looking and a lot of them stops with talking. No... I don't want everyone looking at me.
"Tell them all I know now. Shout it from the roof tops. Write it on the sky line. All we had is gone now. Tell them I was happy. And my heart is broken. All my scars are open. Tell them what I hoped would be. Impossible, impossible
Impossible, impossible" I look at my friends. Aiden is hugging Danielle. Chloe, Ashley and Emily are looking at me with big eyes. Luke of course is standing there with his telephone. Filming me.

" And now when all is done. There is nothing to say. And if you're done with embarrassing me. On your own you can go ahead tell them" all most everyone is looking at me right now. And I don't like it!

Impossible, impossible" i try to focus as the best I can on my singing. This is a really beautifull song and it needs to be perfect.

Especially Luke and Chloe.
The host walks on stage grabs my microphone and push me slowly of stage. When I'm of stage Luke and Chloe runs to me. "LAUREN! THAT WAS SO COOL!" Chloe screams excited. Luke smiles but doesn't say anything. Together we walk back. Aiden gives me a hug and whispers in my ear: "She would be proud".

"Well that was fun, but I need to go!" Ashley says while she stands up. "Wait! I need to go to!" Emily says while running behind them.
"If they go I think it's also time for me, can I get a ride from you?" Danielle asks to Chloe. Chloe nods and together they stand up. Then I'm left with Aiden and Luke.
"Are we also going?" I ask them. They nod there heads. "Yep!" Aiden screams. "Lauren? Do you want to ride with me? I need to ask you something" Luke asks me. Are they both in another car here?
"Okay" I say. While Aiden walks to his car, I walk with Luke to his own car. What is he going to ask me? Will it be something bad? Is it going to be about me singing tonight?
"Good luck with him Lauren!" Aiden screams loudly from his car. "I heared that!" Luke screams to him. I just shake my head and laugh. Brothers.. They remind me of Nick, Joey and Christian. They can have the biggest fights but in the end they always have eachother.
I step into Luke his car. He starts his car and together we drive away from the club. I didn't end up winning the game because there was a girl and everyone know who she was because she always sings in this kind of things in London. So they voted for her. Not that I care about winning. This was something I needed to do for myself. And I feel like I'm stronger after tonight. I felt some kind of connection.
"Lauren?" Luke suddenly says. I turn my head to him. His eyes are focused on the road but he quikly glances at me.
"You wanted to ask me something?" I ask him. I feel myself getting nervous. What is he going to ask. Wait.. He doesn't know I like Aiden right?
What if he wanted to ask me that right now! That would be the reason why he couldn't do that by Aiden in the car!
Do I like Aiden even anymore? I just assume I like him but what if I already like someone else..?
Then Luke clears his throat. He is going to say it! "Lauren, do you want to... Uhmm.. Do you want to go on a date some time?" He says.
What?!
