" Tell me more about the scorpion"

I asked a boy sitting across me.

"He's just the meanest teacher in school whose life probably sucks" said the defiant gal from behind me.

I turned back at her

"I'm Olivia by the way but my friends call me Liv"

She said with her arm outstretched....and when I didn't shake it she said "I see your not from around here because normally an outstretched arm is meant to be shook" ..... She added with a scowl

"Your gonna have to earn that " I said referring to her outstretched hand which she quickly withdrew.

"Ohh I see, hey everybody pretty boy here thinks he's so special..."

I simply looked at her and said.

"Don't misquote me love".... I simply said your gonna have to earn the handshake.

"Whatever " anyways which part of the world are you from anyways she further inquired..

"I was born and raised in England "

"Well that explains the accent and the rudeness." She said putting up her nose in the air as she mimicked my accent

"I'm jhus too cooul for you Americhans, lav" She said in the worst British accent ever.
I stifled a laugh..

Something about this girl was different, almost made me to want to know more about her.

But we were interrupted by the clanging of the bells which indicated that school was over.

"I'll see you around pretty boy" said defiant gal as she flashed me a smile but I simply shrugged and left...

I could already spot Reena's car in a distance.

I was walking towards it when some boys got in my way blocking my path

"Hey!! were you the dude that took down  "the terrible three"

"Sorry you got the wrong guy"

"Oh come on,don't you know who we're talking about" cried one of the boys

"I've never heard of that name before "

With that I walked on

As I got to a far away distance

But I heard a familiar voice saying

"I'm gonna teach that piece of shit a lesson"

Then I sensed a basketball coming my direction, although I could feel it from a mile away but I still let it come close enough before I caught it, while still facing backwards.

"This must be yours" I held up the ball facing the fat boy from the cafeteria.
Then I threw it back with so much force that he got knocked off balance.
I smiled as I registered the shock on his face.

"Your such a show off" said Reena when I reached the car

"Hello love, did you miss me? .

I then blew her a kiss which she ignored rolling her eyes as she unlocked the doors...

"Get in"

She commanded......

"Hmm.. You seem okay, so how was your first day in school"

"It was just like every other high school I've been to" I deadpanned

"Bet you didn't make any friends " said Deena jokingly

"Seriously you don't think I'm capable of making a friend on my first day" I ask acting surprised..

"Actually I don't because I know your a loner"
