As we got to the club, the music was blasting as usual the dancefloor smelled of human blood mixed with sweat and alcohol, but that wasn't what caught my attention rather what did was the stalky dark fellow standing behind the counter glaring at Liv and I intently
"I realised with a shock that he's a vampire,and a very familiar one at that"
Liv then took me to the manager of the club who coincidentally turned out to be the vampire who had been glaring at us from across the dancefloor.
He took my hand eagerly as he introduced himself as "Lucien castle"
That was when the pieces came together and I remembered where I've seen him before.
With just that one handshake I was able to see his past with Liv and it wasn't pretty. When he left to attend to other customers I turned back to Liv asking her why she was working for him? But she just shrugged saying
"One's gotta make sacrifices in order to survive"
Without giving me a chance to reply she waved me off saying she was on in 5, then she rushed backstage to get ready to perform.
As she got onstage with her band the crowd roared with cheers as they chanted the name of the band.....

Then she started singing a lovely song as her band mates played their instruments in a beautiful harmony.
At the end she did a great solo on her electric guitar, she truly seemed like a Rockstar the way she was flipping her hair while strumming the guitar ....when it was finally over the crowd roared for an encore which they happily obliged to and they played yet another rocking earsplitting jam
Lucien suddenly appeared by my side then pulled up a stool and sat next to me saying
"are you enjoying the show? "
"Yes, she's really talented"
"I know right, she's the one that keeps this place full and rocking, but tonight I believe you might be the main cause of attraction" he said as he ran a hand through his sleek black hair.
"I highly doubt that" I replied curtly as I resumed observing liv who was now surfing the crowd as she strummed her guitar.
I then stood up to leave for I had other matters to attend to but Lucien stood in my way unnaturally fast easily blocking my path.
"Don't go so soon the fun part is about to begin" he said with a wicked grin as he flashed his fangs.
Was that supposed to scare me I thought grimly.
I then did a quick sweep around the room and I noticed a few other vampires lurking in the corner that I failed to notice before.
They were mingling with the humans,one had his face buried in the neck of an unsuspecting human girl.
Bloody hell, did they plan on feeding on this humans I thought .
