DOOMSDAY PART2

AIDAN'S POV

My thoughts robbed me of sleep for I spent the whole night thinking of what awaits the world in just a few hours.......when it struck midnight I breathed in deeply and said "finally Doomsday's upon us"

Today was the 31st of October also popularly known as Halloween and my school was hosting a dance in reverence to the occasion but I had far too much things on my mind that I was contemplating not even going, but Reena kept insisting that I go, after a few more persuasions I reluctantly agreed to swing by but I'll be in and out.

Today was a public holiday which meant no school so I decided to pay Lucien a little visit, maybe he could explain what's really going on with Klaus.

I told Reena I was going out purposely leaving out my destination, then I zoomed off before she could ask me anymore questions..

On getting to the LUX the place looked slightly deserted, I guess its due to the fact that it was still morning, I walked over to the receptionist and asked if I could speak with Lucien.... "Do you have an appointment with Mr castle?

" No, but what I have to say is really important so if you could just___ she cut me off saying "I'm sorry sir but without an appointment, I can't let you through.

I tried compelling her but the Lady wouldn't budge...smart move for Lucien to get all his human employees on vervain.

I tried forcing my way through but I was abruptly stopped by 2 hefty vampire bodyguards who appeared out of nowhere and threw me out.....

No way was I giving up on this quest, I came to see Lucien and I wasn't gonna leave until I have achieved that...so I went around the building did a quick survey of my distance from the building and the speed and momentum required to enable me walk on the walls of the building in other to reach Lucien's office.

After I was done with my calculations I sped off with the speed of light that enabled me to indeed walk on the building then I broke into the window leading to his office and jumped in.

He was hunched over his desk, he looked tired, dishevelled and very pale....this didn't look anything like the man that I saw the last time I came here...

" well you look ghastly!
What happened to you?

He simply turned and looked at me then went right back to staring at nothing...

"Your too late"

"Too late for what?
what are you talking about?

He remained silent

I walked over to him " tell me what happened.

"He's here!

" who is here?

"Damien darkh"

"Lucien, when you said you were here for business, what type of business did you mean?

" I guess I should tell you what I know, considering your the only one who can put a stop to this madness. He finally said as he regarded me keenly

"I was working for Damien, my job was to deliver humans with potential so he could turn them into vampires, he was creating an army so they would help him in his plan to take over the unseen world and overthrow the council" he then took a deep breath before continuing......
I delivered every other human except her!
