LOVE and BETRAYAL

The moment the physics lesson was over, the scorpion practically ran out of the class without giving us any homework at all which was rather odd and it didn't go unnoticed by my classmates who were all wondering the reason of the Scorpion's queer behavior..... Unknown to them that the reason was seated in front of the class with an impassive countenance, I tried to read her thoughts but was unable to which further proved my theory of her being a vampire.... I needed to talk to her but somewhere private, if only I could get her alone.

*TIME SKIP*

The day passed in a blur with Liv still ignoring me and never getting the chance to get Katherine alone, she was always surrounded by admirers and friends... Turns out she's been in this school longer than I have so she's not the new girl she just decided to take an advanced physics class which was were I first met her.

Our other encounter was in music class which was another class I enjoyed for it let me express my buried emotions in the notes I played on the piano.

"Your really good" she said as she sat beside me

"Thank you"

"You play with so much emotion, I can almost feel your pain through the music" she commended

"Its a great outlet for me , so what's your instrument? ...." Ohh I don't play but I do sing.

I then played her a tune while she found the right lyrics to match the rhythm... She had an Angel-like voice, I couldn't help but smile as we continued in our symphony, she had such an alluring personality that makes me feel so comfortable around her and happy which was not an emotion that I was used to.

After our song, we were applauded by the crowd that had gathered unknown to us,after the music class I offered to walk her to her class which happened to be the 12th grade, she was a set above me....when we reached her class door she thanked me and said she wished we could hang out and get to know more about each other then I asked if she could accompany me to the spooky falls dance and she said yes.

Then I left her class and hurried over to my next class which was history

I made it to class just as Mr Webley entered..

"Ahh you're almost late vampire boy" he deadpanned

"Well late is still better than never. Was all I said before I made my way to my desk....someone tapped me lightly on the shoulder, I turned only to see that it was Liv, the same girl that has been ignoring me ever since she kissed me.

" Hey, she said shyly....feeling kind of awkward since we haven't spoke in a while..." I was wondering if we could talk during recess"

I wanted to reply with a rude comment but decided against it and simply nodded my head before I turned back to focus on the class going on.

Mr Webley was talking about the origin of Halloween which I felt was the only day that creatures of the unseen world could be themselves and still fit in with the humans, it was a very much anticipated day for our kind.
After a few more minutes the class finally came to an end, he then asked us to submit the previous homework he gave in his last class which we all did and exited the classroom.

After a few more classes, it was finally recess, so I went searching for Liv to find out what she wanted to talk about....

I spotted her in one of the empty classrooms...
