Fools Game: Love (BoyxBoy) Chapter 6

For the rest of the week things went more or less back to normal. Erm, well this is what I want to say - and happen! But it was far from how things use to be. 

Seth was acting like a stupid lost puppy and trying everything to please me and yes, this included his new found talent of waking me up super early every morning and making sure I’d eaten something before he finally left me alone. So I found that my routine changed from the normal wake up, get ready and go to classes to - get woken up, get force fed, throw up, get ready for the day and THEN go to class… I felt So Run Down….

“Tristen?” my name was being called and I could barely register who was saying it… erm where was I?

“Tristen!” The male voice seemed to say a little bit more desperately and then I heard a sharp clap as my head shot to the side and then everything came back into focus.

“Ow!” I cried out, hand coming up to my now throbbing cheek and touching the sensitive skin… “Jesus Christ! What the Fuck!?” I hissed, turning my gaze to my friend, Gary and his girlfriend, Nina. Who was now withdrawing her manicured nailed hand and sitting down again. Whaaa? I squinted at them and then looked around to see I was still sitting at the table out side the coffee shop… did I fall asleep?

“Told you that would work~” Nina hummed to Gary before turning back to me “You fell asleep again, Tristen” Nina sighed, leaning into Gary as he wrapped a tanned arm around her slim shoulders.

“Seriously dude… We were talking to you and then you just fell asleep!” He exclaimed, throwing his free hand into the air as if to emphasis the situation “It’s not good – you need to take better care of your self and get some sleep!” I blinked at Gary, his words finally making sense after a few moments and I groaned… I was going to kill Seth!

 “I’m so sorry” I murmured, running my hands over my face and dragging the skin down which made Nina laugh but I caught Gary nudging her so she quickly pulled her pink glossy lips into a straight line to look serious.

“Come on dude, lets get you back to your dorm” Gary began to stand and I felt panic instantly build up in me as I stood also.

“No no! I’m fine really! Let’s just sit here and finish our coffees yeah? No need to go back to the dorms this early seriously! Are you nuts?” I was babbling… I know, but if I went back to the dorms I had a feeling Seth would be there and If Seth is there then I will be busy trying to keep him back while fighting my attractions towards him by not trying to give into him. Crush? I hate it!!!!

Gary was looking at me as if I was insane and Nina was examining her nails. Truth be told, Gary was my only friend. He was a handsome guy, with brown short hair and brown eyes. He was tall, muscular (Buff!) and the captain of the football team – which to me was an awful lot like rugby, but with padding, of course Gary told me otherwise.

He and I were Lab partners – hence the start of our friendship, otherwise he would never have spoken to me. He was a great guy - kind, understanding and always sticking up for his mates… but he was also the guy who would pick on the ‘nerd’ for fun and not care otherwise.

“You’re the one who’s nuts!” He hissed rolling his big brown eyes at me as he sat down again. “What are you NOT telling me skittles?” I chuckled at the nickname he’d picked out for me when we first met, it was because of my mismatched eyes he’d said… typical.

“It’s nothing Gary” I sighed, sitting down again but he raised an eyebrow obviously not convinced but I only shook my head, looking away from his questioning gaze.

“It’s because of Seth” Nina piped up and I snapped my gaze to her as she flicked her beautiful natural blonde hair from her dark blue eyes, smiling sweetly “Him and Tristen have been seen together lots over the past two week” she continued, pursing her pink lips as she looked at me.
