When I Looked Into Your Eyes

Chapter 5

The next morning I woke up still with James' arms around me. I smiled. Then I tried to get up without waking James up. As carefully as I slid out of his arms I still failed and woke him up. He pulled me back by my wrist. "Stay here!" he whispered and snuggled into my arm. I chuckled and whispered back "Okay".

When I wake up, I can't fall asleep again so I just laid there. James fell asleep again.

I was just looking around then I looked at the clock and saw it was already 7am! James had to go to work. I shook James softly and whispered "James, you have to go to work! And you're gonna be late if you don't wake up now!". "I don't care! Let me sleep!" He pouted. I shook my head and smiled. He's just so cute when he pouts! "No James! Get up!" I said and threw the covers away from him. "Hey!" he yelled. "Don't talk and get up!" I said laughing at his dorkness. "Fine!" he said and got up. He walked into the bathroom and by the sound, I could tell he was taking a shower. Then I walked downstairs and saw Alexa and Carlos sitting there. "Good morning you two!" I said smiling. "Morning!" they both said. "Where's James?" Carlos asked. "He's taking a shower!" I said. "Why?" I asked. "Our boss called and said that we have a day off because there were technical problems." he said. "James is gonna kill me for waking him up!" I said laughing.

We talked for a while and then James came downstairs. "Good morning!" we three said. "Good morning!" James said and sat beside me. We watched TV together and then Carlos and Alexa left.

2 months later.....

We went to the doctor today to see if the baby was a boy or a girl. We were talking to the doctor right now. "Well Mrs. Willies and Mr. Maslow, you can be happy to get a little baby girl!" the doctor said. I smiled and looked at James and he also smiled.

"Bye and thank you Doctor Thomson!" we both said as we were walking out after a while of talking about how take care of anything and so on.

When we sat in the car the guys started to text me and James. I then called Kendall because I knew everyone was at hs house. "So WHAT IS IT?!" Kendall picked up and asked. "We're on our way to you so WAIT!" I said and laughed.

We arrived after like 15 minutes and when we knocked on the door. Everyone fell out of the house because from the back they were pushing them. "AND?!" they all asked. "It's a girl!" James and I said at the same time. I don't know why but they all started to cheer. Kendall gave Logan money. "I told you it would be a girl!" Logan said. "You seriously made a bet on that?!" James asked laughing. They both nodded. Then we all walked in and sat down and talked. After a while Alexa, Gina and Jenny pulled me to the entry. If you're wondering who Gina and Jenny are, Gina is Logan's girlfriend and Jenny is Kendall's. The boys broke up with Selena and Dinah a long time ago. "So are you ready to go baby shopping?!" they asked. I promised them to go shopping for the baby as soon as we know it's gender. "Let's go!" I said and grabbed my bag. We said bye to the boys and drove to the big Baby One store not to far from Kendall's house.

We picked a lot of clothes, shoes, toys and other baby stuff. We payed and walked out of the store. Then we drove to Kendall's again. "Hey babe!" James said I walked over to him. "Hi!" I said. We talked for a while and watched a movie. Then we left.

The ride wasn't too long and we were at my house in no time."So where to put all this stuff?!" James asked, holding up the bags with the baby stuff. "I don't know yet!" I said. I wanted him to make the move. "Emily, I don't know why I never said this before but anyways; we have to move into a bigger house, together!" he said and smiled at me. "I always waited for you to ask me this!" I said and hugged him. He kissed my head and said "Let's search for one now!". "Why not!?" I said and jumped on the couch with James following with his laptop. we searched and searched until we found one in Venice. "How about this one?" James asked. "This one looks perfect!" I said. The house had two more rooms that the houses of each of us. "I'll call the owner and ask if we can take a look at the house!" He said and took his phone out of his pocket. He called the owner and he said we could come over today around 6pm. Now it was 5pm so we had an hour left. "What do you wanna do?" James asked. "I though about a shower if it's okay?" I said. "Yes! I'm gonna watch a bit TV and take a shower after you!" he said. "Okay" I said and walked upstairs. The shower didn't take me too long and when I went out I yelled for James that the shower was free for him now. I went to my room and got changed.Soon after James walked out and also got ready. Then we drove to the house. The owner gave us a tour of the house and then we sat to talk. We decided to take the house. James signed the contract and we we allowed to move into the house from tomorrow on.

We drove home again and called the guys to ask if they would help with the move. They agreed to come now.

I went to the basement with James to bring up all the suitcases I had. James helped me to get ll of them up to my room. I packed all my clothes, shoes and bags into them and luckily they fit. The doorbell rung and James went to open the door. I was still packing all the little things. The girls walked in with moving boxes and helped me to pack. Then James walked in. "Me and the guys are driving to my house to pack my stuff!" he said. We all nodded and said bye. Now we went downstairs to pack the left overs from the boys. When we were done with that we sat down and I called James. 

Emily: Hey James!

James: Hey babe!

Emily: We're done with packing!

James: Great we are too! We're driving back to your house now.

Emily: Okay! See you then! Bye!

James: Bye!

I hung up and told the girls that the boys were on their way.

Now the boys arrived. "Hi!" we all said to each other. "James, Emily!? If you want to you can stay at my place tonight or even for the time you are moving!" Logan said. "If you don't bother then yes!" James said. We all sat down and talked for a while. When everyone was leaving, James and I got into his car and drove to Logan's place.
