Chapter 10.

Adjusting to the pregnancy lifestyle wasn't as hard as Jessica thought it was going to be, she was reading up on things her first month of the pregnancy. The guys were all so excited, coming up with nicknames for Baby Allen to call them. Grayson's parents came down to visit for a little while and helped Jessica with a few things while Grayson had a rode game. "You know.." Grayson's mother started looking at Jessica with a smile on her face. "You're gonna make a beautiful, loving, amazing mother. I believe in you." Jessica looked at the mother of her boyfriend and smiled. "I know you never had a real mother figure in your life, that's why I know you're gonna be amazing. Plus, your heart is so pure and so full of love. That I know this child will be loved no matter what." Jessica was sobbing at this point, Grayson walked into the apartment with Luke and his father seeing Jessica crying, a nervous feeling hit him like a semi truck. "Baby!" He dropped his bag and ran over kissing her forehead as his hands roamed her stomach. "Everything is okay, right?" Jess nodded looking at Grayson moving out of his arms and to his mother hugging her. "Thank you." She whispered and walked back over to Grayson.

That night they were laying on the couch along with Luke in the recliner. "I guess we should start looking for apartments." Luke's head shot up as he raised an eyebrow. "Why?" Jessica looked at Luke then to Grayson as he spoke. "Luke, you don't want us plus a baby in this apartment do you?" Luke didn't have to think about that and he nodded his head leaning the seat up. "Yeah, I do. You two are my best friends and that's my little niece or nephew. You guys are staying here." Luke laid down the line and Grayson looked at Jessica. "I had to listen to you create him or her so now you three get to live with uncle Lukers." Grayson nodded his head and rubbed Jessica's stomach softly.

The first doctor's appointment was a struggle they kept it a secret but still a struggle with the staff their. Now, the second appointment which was today it was made up of the boys arguing on who gets to go. See today, Jessica gets to find out if it's a boy or girl that's to the blood test she took last time she was there. Grayson had class so he couldn't go with her. It ended up being Luke, because he lives in the apartment. Matt, because he's Jessica's brother. And Frank, only no one knows why. They get in the office and they pull Jessica's shirt up as they listen for the heartbeat. "Alright, do you wanna know? Or do you want this envelope to be given to one of these guys?" The nurse asked with a smile as Jessica said "give it to Frank." The nurse gave it to Frank as he walked out to get started on whatever he was planning. Jessica got up and got her ultrasound pictures and they walked to the car. Once home Jessica walked in kissing her boyfriend and she walked to the couch as Frank got started on getting the reveal ready.

Everyone was standing around, looking around and at each other. Jessica rubbing her small bump, excitement and nervousness waves thru her body. "Alright, we've been called here tonight to see the gender of our niece or nephew. Alright, Jessica you pull the pink ribbon. Grayson you pull the blue." The room got quiet as they pulled slowly and the top came off the box slowly and pink balloons went flying. "Tessa Grayce it is!" Grayson smiled and hugged Jessica tightly. "I love you, princess." He leaned down talking to Jessica's stomach.  He made a promise right then and there to protect both of his girls for the rest of his life.

It was a Saturday game against Pitt. Jess was coming out of her second month pregnant. She was ready for the game and so was her baby girl. "You ready?" Grayson asked kissing her cheek as he rubbed the small bump. "Yes. Let's go." They made their way out of the apartment and to the car. Jessica walked in and went to her seat the game was about to start and Jessica was nervous. She cheered during the game and when Grayson scored his 21 points. The crowd including Jessica went insane. When they got to the locker room Jessica hugged him tightly. "I love you." He said waiting for a reply and he got none. "Jess?" Before he knew it Jess had passed out in the floor in front of him.
