Daddy Daycare.

Grayson wasn't upset about spending the day with Laurel. They laid together and watched ESPN, They watched some highlights from the Indiana game. It was a good morning and they both napped. Grayson slept off his hangover and when he woke up he  heat like no other. It wasn't too long after that Laurel woke up crying, the crying stopped long enough for Laurel to puke all over the bed. "Woah!" Grayson jumped up and picked up the crying and puking baby and carried her to the bathroom he held her as she threw up and when it seemed like it had stopped her ran her a bath to get her clean. All while his mother was on FaceTime with him. "Do you need to call Jess?" He sighed and shook his head. "No she's at lunch with Kayla and to be honest I messed up last night mom so I'm letting her have the afternoon." He changed the baby and laid her back down after giving her Tylenol and she fell back asleep, he put the clothes and sheets in the wash. He laid next to the little girl and she cuddled up to him as he smiled taking a picture of  it and put it on his snap chat. "Best Feeling In The World."

Jessica finished eating with the UNC Basketball star. "How are you and Grayson?" He asked and threw his trash away.  Jess nodded with a smile as she threw all of her stuff away. "We're good actually. We've hit a bump but he and I are fine." Luke smiled and nodded his head while pulling his keys out. "Good, where is your engagement ring?" He asked and her eyes widen looking at her hands and she calmed down and answered reassuring herself. "On the kitchen table. I was washing dishes and I sat in on the table." Luke nodded and unlocking his car door as he leaned on the car. "How's that baby?" Jessica smiled wide. "Rotten as ever." She looked at her phone seeing she had a few texts and missed calls three of them were from Grayson's mom. "I am really happy for you Jessica, honestly." She thanked him and looked at the phone and began to worry about things at home. "Luke I gotta go, I think something might be wrong." He chuckled and hugged her as they went separate ways. She got in the car and called Grayson's  mom. 

Grayson's mom- "Hey honey, have you talked to Gray?"  

Jessica: "No ma'am why?"

Grayson's Mom: "Butter Butt, got sick."

That news shocked Jessica as they finished their phone call she pulled into the parking lot. "Thank you for calling me. I love you too, bye." She walked up to the door and unlocked the door as she walked in the first thing she did was put her ring back on and second thing was run to the bedroom. "Is she oka-" She stopped herself seeing the two sleeping as she walked over she saw the Tylenol next to the bed and she heard the washer go off so she switched it to the dryer. Walking back in and kissed Grayson's forehead. "You should've called me." She whispered and he opened his arm and straightened himself out so that both of his girls could lay on him. "I had everything under control." He mumbled into the top of her hair kissing it shortly after. They laid there until the baby began crying again. "I got her." Jess mumbled as she got up but Grayson stopped her. "Juice, she still has a fever." Jessica smiled and nodded to herself as she grabbed her bottle and filled it with juice walking back and laying down. "I'm sorry I snapped at you this morning G." She said softly and hid her face in his neck. He chuckled and looked at her. "I didn't mean what I said about it being a mistake. It was a joke, You know I love you so much, and I cant wait to change your last name." Jess nodded as he continued. "I was very irresponsible last night, I honestly forgot all about it, I am sorry babe." He said softly and kissed her lips.  

The next morning it was the same thing, Laurel still puking and crying, Grayson called out of practice. "Baby I can handle this, you need  to go to practice." He smiled and kissed Jessica backing her up into the door and he smiled. "I am a daddy first and coach is understanding of that." Jessica laughed as she pushed him away from her. "You're weird. Hey can you go get a few things? Like baby girl's prescription?" He nodded and grabbed his keys. "I will be back soon."

While at Wal mart Grayson grabbed a few extra things. "Grayson, hey man!" He looked up and saw Joel and Luke and he looked at them. "Hey fella's." He shook their hands as they looked at his items. "Sick baby?" Joel asked and Grayson nodded his head. "Yeah, she got sick yesterday. Stomach bug." He said and the other two nodded. "That's why Jess left so early yesterday from lunch." Luke added and made Grayson look at him folding his arms, "What do you mean?" Luke had Grayson's full attention as he spoke again. "Yeah, she and I met for lunch. She said she was gonna hook me up with her friend Kayla." Grayson nodded and let out a breath and paid for the prescription. "I gotta go guys." They all said their goodbyes. "I don't think she told him." Joel nodded and kept walking.

"You met Luke yesterday, not Kayla. What else did you lie to me about?" He asked sitting the stuff on the counter. "Nothing? I said I had a lunch meeting about Kayla!" She said defending herself and he shook his head. "No, Jess you didn't." She shrugged and walked over to him. "Are you mad?" He nodded and looked at her. "Yeah Jessica a little bit." He said unloading the bags and looking at her. "You have a history with him. I trust you and him but the fact that you dated him until your sophomore year of highshool, that should tell you why I am just a little annoyed with you right now." He said as she walked over to him and kissed his back softly. "I am so sorry." She kissed his shoulder and up to his neck. "Jessica Maree I am trying to be mad and I can't do that when you kiss on me like that." He said and she smiled. "Don't be mad at me, please?" She whispered and her hand traveled down to the front of his shorts. "Dammit!" He groaned and picked her up taking her to the bedroom.
